Abstract: 본 발명에서 제안하고 있는 가맹점을 통한 사용자 참여형 음원 유통 서비스 제공 방법에 따르면, 가맹점의 오프라인 매장에 설치된 가맹점 단말기에서 실시간으로 재생되는 음원 정보를 사용자 단말기에 전송함으로써, 사용자가 관심을 갖게 된 음원에 대한 정보를 쉽게 확인할 수 있으며, 사용자 단말기로부터 선곡 신호, 공감 신호, 구매 요청을 받아 처리함으로써, 사용자 단말기를 이용하여 음악 신청을 하거나 음악에 공감을 하는 등으로 참여를 할 수 있고, 관심 있는 음원을 즉시 구매할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 사용자의 참여와 공감을 통해 음원의 구매를 활성화하여, 음원의 불법유통을 근절하고 합법적으로 음원의 매매가 이루어지도록 유도할 수 있다.
