Abstract: 본 발명은 조청의 제조과정에 한약재를 배합하여 건강식품으로서 효능을 높인 한약재 함유 기능성 조청을 제조하는 방법의 제공을 목적으로 하는 것이다.
본 발명의 해결수단으로는 불린 쌀을 한약 추출액이 함유된 물로 증숙시킨 찐밥(고두밥)에 엿기름 및 한약재 추출액을 배합하고 당화시킨 다음, 여과한 당화액을 가열, 농축하여 조청을 제조하는 것으로 이루어지며, 한약추출액은 계피, 건강, 진피, 반하, 과루인, 천초, 오매, 황칠엽, 호초 및 남성을 중탕하여 얻어진다.
본 발명에 따른 한약재 함유 기능성 조청의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 조청은 음식 등을 조리할 때 설탕, 꿀 대용의 감미료로 사용하는 것은 물론이며, 상기한 한약재 성분이 지니고 있는 해열, 거담작용, 감기예방 등 여러 약리 효능이 있으므로 한방차 대용 또는 차에 감미제로 사용하여 장기적으로 음용할 수 있는 웰빙 건강보조 식품으로서 손색이 없다.-

Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a method of preparing functional grain syrup containing medicinal herb extracts which has health promoting effects by mixing medicinal herb extracts during the preparation process of grain syrup. A solution given in the present invention is to prepare grain syrup by mixing barley malt and medicinal herb extracts to steamed rice (hard-steamed rice) which is prepared by steaming soaked rice using water containing medicinal herb extracts, saccharifying the mixture, and heating and concentrating the filtered saccharified solution. The medicinal herb extracts are acquired by heating cinnamon, dried ginger, dried orange peel, pinellia, snake gourd seeds, akane, mume fruit, dendropanax morbifera leaves, black pepper, and arisaema in boiling water. According to the present invention, the grain syrup manufactured by the method of preparing functional grain syrup containing medicinal herb extracts can be used as a sweetener instead of sugar or honey in cooking. In addition, as the medicinal herb extracts have various medicinal effects such as alleviation of fever, discharge of phlegm, and prevention of cold, the grain syrup can be used for medicinal herb tea or as a sweetener as wellbeing healthy food fit for long-term drinking.

Abstract: A waste plastic treating method and an apparatus are provided to prevent various harmful matters from being generated, by producing plastic resin and H2(Hydrogen-2) gas as by-products. A waste plastic treating method comprises the steps of: crushing waste plastic; pouring the crushed waste plastic into a waste plastic treating device; applying compression friction heat while heating the input waste plastic by a ceramic heater, and melting the waste plastic by a hydrogen molecule separation method adopting induction heat; hydrogenating the melted material by adding an alumina carrier; melting and crystallizing the hydrogenated material in a vacuum distillation device; and synthesizing C2H4(Ethylene) and C6H6(Benzene) by cooling down obtained crystals and generating H2 gas as by-products. The hydrogen molecule separation method is executed by applying high-voltage electricity of 3kW and super-high frequency of 2,450MHz in an induction heat device(12-1).
