본 발명은 다분할 중공노즐, 그를 이용한 다분할 중공섬유의 제조방법, 그로부터 얻은 다분할 중공섬유 및 그 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 적어도 2 개 이상의 다분할 중공형성용 슬릿을 구비하여 1 홀 내 중공 개수가 2 개 이상인 다분할 중공노즐을 설계함으로써, 열가소성 고분자 수지로 이루어진 중공사 내부의 중공이 2개 이상으로 분할되어, 3 내지 50%의 높은 중공율을 가지면서도 외력에 의해 중공단면이 쉽게 찌그러지거나 변형되지 않아 경량화와 볼륨감이 유지되면서, 기존 중공섬유 대비, 고경량, 고단열(보온), 고탄성, 고내구성이 구현되는 다분할 중공섬유를 제조할 수 있다. 나아가, 본 발명의 다분할 중공섬유는 단열재 등의 산업용 건축 섬유소재; 보온 및 쿠션용 침구류 및 소파, 인테리어 등의 생활용 섬유소재; 및 레저 및 스포츠용 등의 경량 보온 의류용 섬유 소재; 자동차, 항공기, 열차 등의 수송용 내외장재용의 경량, 보온, 단열 및 쿠션용도의 산업용 섬유소재로서 유용하다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-divisional hollow nozzle, a method for preparing a multi-divisional hollow fiber using the same, a multi-divisional hollow fiber obtained from the method, and a use of the multi-divisional hollow fiber. According to the present invention, a multi-divisional hollow nozzle having at least two hollows per hole is designed by providing at least two slits for forming a multi-divisional hollow fiber, thereby dividing a hollow inside a hollow fiber made of a thermoplastic polymeric resin into two or more, and thus providing a multi-divisional hollow fiber of which a hollow section is not easily distorted or deformed by external force in spite of a high hollowness of 3-50%, thereby maintaining the lightness and voluminosity and realizing high lightness, high insulation (thermal insulation), high elasticity, and high durability, when compared with existing hollow fibers. Further, the multi-divisional hollow fiber is useful as fiber materials for industrial construction, such as an insulating material; fiber materials for living, such as bedding for warmth and cushion, sofa, and interior materials; fiber materials for light and warm clothing, such as leisure and sports clothing; and fiber materials for industry for the purposes of lightness, warmth, insulation, and cushion, of interior and exterior materials for transportation, such as an automobile, an aircraft, and a train.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional spinning nozzle, a non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional hollow fiber manufactured thereby and use thereof. The non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional spinning nozzle is designed so that a hollow fiber has three or more hollows at the inner side thereof and the outer side of the fiber is divided into the same number as the number of dividing the inner side of the fiber to form a non-round cross section. The non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional hollow fiber manufactured by the non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional spinning nozzle maintains light weight and volume and maximizes quick sweat absorbency and high-speed drying by adding not only the intrinsic property of the hollow fiber but also a non-round cross-sectional shape and surface corrugation on the non-round cross section because the hollow cross-section is not distorted or deformed easily by an external force despite high hollowness. Using the lightness insulation and quick sweat absorbency and high-speed drying properties of the non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional hollow fiber, the non-round cross-sectional and multi-divisional hollow fiber is useful for a light and insulating fabric material for leisure and sports; a fabric material for everyday life such as bedclothes for insulation and cushion, sofas and interior decoration; an insulating material for industrial buildings; and interior and exterior materials for transport such as vehicles, airplanes and trains.
