Abstract: PURPOSE: A small audio on demand using a CTI(Computer Telephony Integration) technique is provided to allow a user to receive desired information in a desired form at a desired place and easily search a multimedia data by inputting a key word with buttons of a general phone set, searching a database by using an inputted text and being provided as a voice file. CONSTITUTION: As a user requests a phone service, a service standby state in an on-hook is re-set as an off-hook and it proceeds to receive a data of the user according to a prepared flow. What is inputted at this time is stored by receiving a key word of a search content desired by the user. After the data is stored as a wav or a vox file format, a checking method of the searched data is selected. That is, when 1 key is inputted, it is outputted to a facsimile, when key 2 is inputted, it is outputted to a phone set or a pager, when a key 3 is inputted, it is outputted to a bulletin board of a Web. By doing that, the user can receive a data as desired.
