Abstract: 본 발명은 대형도기의 제조방법과 대형도기의 제조에 필요한 원료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 대형 도기의 원료제조방법은, 원료투입공정(11), 원료혼합공정(12), 원료분리공정(13) 및 공기제거공정(14)의 네가지 공정으로 이루어진다. 즉 원료투입공정(11)에서는, 핑크 카우린 90[Kg], 화이트 카우린 125[Kg], 홍콩점토 320[Kg], 국산점토 90[Kg], 도석 250[Kg], 규석 90[Kg] 및 물 2[ton]을 볼밀에 투입하고, 원료혼합공정(12)에서는, 볼밀에 투입된 상기 재료들을 24시간동안 볼밀로 혼합한다. 원료분리공정(13)에서는, 완전히 혼합된 상기 원료들을 멤브람펌프를 이용하여 프레스기에 스프레이 상태로 뿜어준다. 이후 프레스기를 통해 상기 혼합된 반죽상태의 원료들을 물과 원료로 분리시키고, 공기제거공정(14)에서는, 물과 분리된 도기 원료를 토련기에 넣는다. 토련기는 원료속에 함유된 공기를 제거시키는 역할을 한다. 이 공정을 마친 원료는 대형도기의 원료로서 쓰에게 되며, 찰흙과 같은 상태가 된다.
본 발명에 의한 대형도기의 건조방법은 건조실 내부 온도를 일정온도이하로 유지하는 공정(31)과 수분방출공정(32)으로 이루어진다. -
