Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a dual-structure aging container to remove the toxicity from inner and outer containers and to activate the aging of kimchi by filling charcoal or ocher into a space between the inner and the outer containers. CONSTITUTION: The dual-structure aging container comprises an outer container(1) having a plurality of gap forming projections(13) on a bottom(12), an opening on a top and a window(11) on a side; an inner container(2) placed inside the outer container(1) and having an opening on a top; filling(3) to fill into a space(t) between the inner and the outer containers. The materials of the inner container(2) and the outer container(1) are clay or ceramics. Charcoal or ocher is used as the filling(3).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A double structured aging container is provided to improve an aging efficiency by an inherent characteristic of a clay material and to use for ordinary food requiring cooling as well as a fermenting food such as kimchi. CONSTITUTION: An aging container with twofold structure is composed of:a main body(2) containing an inner container(21) being fixed in an outer container(22) for being a twofold container being made from a clay material for forming an operational chamber(23) with a sealed structure; an operational unit(3) being installed in the lower surface unit of the main body for being formed as a structure of laminating a heat releasing plate(23) containing a thermoelement and a cooling fan containing a heat transmitting piece being installed in the operational chamber; and heat media(4, 4') as a medium for transmitting the cool and the warm being generated in the operational unit to the inner container for being filled to the operational chamber. Therefore, the aging container can release an economic burden of a consumer by a low manufacturing cost and to be used for an ordinary food requiring cooling and warming as well as a fermenting food such as kimchi.

본 고안의 목적은 점토재질로 구성되는 내부용기와 외부용기의 사이로 열매체를 충진하고, 외부용기의 저면부로는 열매체의 열작용수단으로서 열전소자가 설치되는 작동부를 구성시켜, 점토재가 갖는 고유의 특성에 의해 자체 숙성효율이 향상되게함은 물론 기존의 김치냉장고와는 다른 차별성을 부여함에 있으며, 저가의 제작원가로서 소비자의 경제적인 부담을 덜어줌은 물론 김치류와 같은 발효성 식품뿐만아니라 냉,온장을 요하는 일반 식품까지 광범위하게 사용할 수 있는 숙성용기를 제공함에 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안의 구체적인 수단으로는;
점토재로 구성되는 이중 용기체로서 내부용기가 외부용기에 재치고정되어 밀폐구조의 작용실이 형성되는 본체와,
작용실에 내설되는 열교환편이 상부면으로 설치되는 열전소자와 냉각팬을 갖는 방열판이 적층되는 구조로서 형성되며 상기 본체의 저면부로 설치되는 작용부와,
상기 작동부에서 발생되는 냉,온열을 내부용기로 전달하는 매개체로서 상기 작용실로 충진되는 열매체로 이루어지는 숙성용기를 구비하므로서 달성된다.
