Abstract: PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering a driving service are provided to easily use the driving service by requesting the driving service through the network such as the wireless Internet, and to reduce costs and secure more customer by efficiently inducing a user without an unnecessary AD(ADvertisement). CONSTITUTION: An input part(11) receives the user information. A searching part(14) searches a proxy driver businessman or a proxy driver by using the user information. A requesting part(18) requests a temporary number for a value-added service to a mobile communication provider. A transmitting part(19) transmits the temporary number to a service user or the proxy driver. A controlling part(12) operates the searching part(14), the requesting part(18), and the transmitting part(19) by transferring an instruction to each part, and controls entire system. A database part(16) stores the information of the proxy driver and the user, and offers it to the system.
