Abstract: PURPOSE: A panel for a ceiling material is provided, which has good strength and excellent appearance. CONSTITUTION: The panel(1) is prepared by mixing 75-85 wt% of heavy calcium bicarbonate, 10-15 wt% of epoxy resin, 3-5 wt% of a curing agent, 1-3 wt% of a dye, 1-3 wt% of a fluorescent dye, and 2-4 wt% of TiO2, molding the mixture, drying the molded one for 2 days, pressing it to prevent the distortion, and drying it for 7 days to obtain a design material(2); fixing the design material(2) to frame where an oily paper is spread; injecting the solution containing 75-85 wt% of heavy calcium bicarbonate, 10-15 wt% of epoxy resin, 3-5 wt% of a curing agent, 1-3 wt% of a dye, 1-3 wt% of a fluorescent dye, and 2-4 wt% of TiO2, into the surroundings of the design material(2) and molding it into the plate shape; drying it 2 days; pressing it to prevent the distortion; and drying it for 7 days.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An insect-proofing and dust-proofing fittings system is provided to keep a residential space clean by removing dust in air.
