Abstract: PURPOSE: A performance testing device of a hydraulic actuator of a turbine valve is provided to continuously carry out the performance test by the feedback control for carrying out the test speedily and reliably. CONSTITUTION: A device for testing performance of a hydraulic actuator of a turbine valve includes a frame(20) for mounting a hydraulic actuator(10) for driving a turbine valve disassembled from a turbine, an oil pressure supply element(30) for supplying an oil pressure according to a temperature, a pressure and a flow ratio proper for conditions to open or close the turbine valve in real, thereby moving a main RAM of the hydraulic actuator, a sensor(40) for sensing a movement distance of the main RAM, and a control unit for outputting a signal for controlling the movement of the main RAM and carrying out feedback control of a test on the movement distance of the main RAM by feeding back a re-control signal to the hydraulic actuator after comparing the output signal with an input signal from the sensor.
