Abstract: The invention relates to a mold apparatus for manufacturing a palette. The present invention provides the mold apparatus for manufacturing a palette comprising: an upper core which is combined with an upper disk in order to perform elevation operation and includes a first incline part forming one plane among inclined planes formed in a lower opening part of a palette; a guide assembly which is combined with a slide block in order to form an edge inclined plane located in a position facing an edge inclined plain formed by the upper core and includes a second incline part for forming an inclined plain shape of the lower opening part of the palette by link operation; and an insert core which includes a third incline part for forming the edge inclined plain according to elevation operation by a cylinder assembly in order to form the edge inclined plain of the lower opening part of the palette meeting an edge inclined plane formed by the upper core and guide assembly at right angles.
