Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyethylene molded product containing yellow loess and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to distribute yellow soil on moldings and maintain uniform strength of the product by evenly mixing yellow soil and polyethylene. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyethylene molded product containing yellow loess comprises following steps. Yellow soil powder is stirred, heated, and a dried over 100°C(S100,S120). The dried yellow soil powder is frozen(S140,S160). Mixed powder is manufactured by mixing frozen yellow soil powder and polyethylene powder(S180,S200). Compound powder is loaded on a mold(S220). The mold is rotated and heated to make the temperature of compound powder loaded in the mod over 110°C(S300,S320,S340). The heated mold is frozen(S400). The product is drawn out from the mold and is finished(S420,S500,S520).
