Abstract: PURPOSE: An ultrasonic melting accelerator is provided to accelerate heat transfer and reduce power consumption by applying an ultrasonic device and a distributor to a natural melting phenomenon, and a method for driving the ultrasonic melting accelerator is provided. CONSTITUTION: The ultrasonic melting accelerator comprises a container(8) in which a solid or liquid phase material is contained; a plural ultrasonic wave generating means generating ultrasonic waves toward the container oppositely to different positions on the container; a heating means(13) which is installed at one side of the container to apply heat to the container; a constant voltage supplier supplying a certain heat flux to the heating means; and a distributor(6) for controlling driving sequence of the ultrasonic wave generating means correspondingly to rate of the heat transfer applied to any one material in the solid and liquid phase materials contained in the container.

본 고안은 터보 팬과 메인 축을 결합시키기 위해 설치되는 임펠러 보스의 돌출부에 갈고리를 끼울수 있는 환형의 갈고리 홈을 형성함으로써, 임펠러 보스와 메인 축을 쉽게 분리할 수 있다. 또한, 임펠러 보스와 메인 축의 분리작업시 따로 갈고리를 걸기 위한 탭 공정이 필요 없게 되어 분리작업이 단순화됨과 아울러 분리작업에 소요되는 시간을 단축할 수 있다.-

CONSTITUTION: The ultrasonic melting accelerator comprises a container(9) in which a solid or liquid phase material is contained; an ultrasonic wave generating means generating ultrasonic waves toward the container oppositely to the container; a heating means which is installed at one side of the container to apply heat to the container; and a constant voltage supplier supplying a certain heat flux to the heating means, wherein the ultrasonic wave generating means is equipped with a base plate for sealing a fluid, at least two or more oscillators(11) which are adhered onto the base plate to oscillate in response to the ultrasonic waves and an ultrasonic wave generator for supplying ultrasonic waves of 40 kHz to the oscillators, and the heating means is equipped with an insulating plate adhered onto the inner wall of the container, a plate heater(13) for heating the solid or liquid phase material contained in the container, and a bakelite plate(14) which is installed between the insulating plate and the plate heater guide a proceeding direction of heated air generated from the plate heater toward the solid and liquid phase materials, and wherein the ultrasonic melting accelerator further comprises a subsidiary tank(10) which is installed between the container and the ultrasonic wave generating means, and in which the fluid is sealed, and the fluid is liquid.
