Abstract: 본 고안은 하수관 수리용 원통형 팩커에 관한 것으로 종래의 팩커는 한쌍의 팽창구가 좌우 대칭으로 형성된 구조로 되어 있어 팽창구의 팽창범위가 크지 못하여 하수관의 규격별로 각 종류의 팩커가 있어야 하고 팽창구 사이의 요입부에 의하여 지수제의 압출시 카스팅 핀이 생기는 문제가 있었다.
본 고안은 종래의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 팩커(1)의 관상통체(2)의 양단부측에 원형 측판(3), (3')을 형성하여 여러개의 실링 돌조(4')가 형성된 원통형의 탄성 팽창통(4)을 양측 측판(3), (3')에 씌워 붙이고 안내롤러(5')가 유착된 안내간(5)을 반호상의 지지판(6)에 형성하여 지지판(6)을 팽창통(4)의 단부와 함께 측판(3), (3')에 긴밀하게 체착하여서 팽창통 중앙부의 팽창범위가 커서 하나의 팩커로 각종 하수관에 공동으로 사용할 수 있고 팽창통과 하수관의 밀착으로 카스팅 핀이 형성되지 않고 지수제를 압출하여 단정하게 하수관의 파손부위를 충전 피복시키어 수리할 수 있게 한것이다.-

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for repairing and reinforcing an underground pipe. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of inserting an inner mold made of flexible material through the interior of a reinforcing element including a fiber preform surrounded by impermeable inner and outer tubes made of the flexible material and combining the inner mold with the reinforcing element; positioning a combined element, which includes the reinforcing element and the inner mold, into the underground pipe to be repaired and reinforced; injecting and expanding the inner mold with and by high temperature fluid, and brining the reinforcing element into close contact with an inner wall of the underground pipe; injecting the reinforcing element with thermosetting resin; and removing the inner mold after the thermosetting resin has been cured. According to the method of the present invention, there are advantages in that simplification of the processes and reduction of incidental expenses can be obtained since it is not necessary to fasten the cover for injecting the resin and air.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A regenerating method of a sewer pipe is provided to simplify the workability and to completely and effectively regenerate the sewer pipe by extruding a synthetic resin pipe. CONSTITUTION: The inside of a sewer pipe(D) is cleaned. An extruder of a synthetic resin pipe is assembled by inserting through one manhole(H1). A pulling device of a forming pipe is installed through another manhole(H2). A synthetic resin pipe of a proper size is extruded in one side of the sewer pipe and the formed pipe is pulled to the other side. Both ends of the formed pipe is cut and sealed. Filler and glue are injected to the outside of the formed pipe. Hot wind is injected and extended inside the formed pipe. The formed pipe is integrally joint and fixed in the inner wall of the sewer pipe. Thereby, the sewer pipe is regenerated easily.
