Abstract: 본 발명은 뇌와 척수의 프리모 순환 시스템의 가시화 검출 방법에 관한 것으로, 살아있는 동물의 측뇌실에 가시화제제(visualization agent)를 주입한 후 이 제제가 뇌와 척수에 분포된 프리모 순환 시스템 (primo vascular system)에 잘 흡수되어 뇌와 척수에 분포된 프리모 순환 시스템을 가시화 및 검출하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 살아 있는 실험용 동물군을 마련하여 마취하는 마취 과정, 마취된 동물의 두개 일측에 두개를 관통하는 관통홀을 마련하는 관통홀 마련 과정, 상기 관통홀을 통하여 뇌의 뇌실에 가시화 제제를 주입하는 주입 과정, 일정 시간 경과 후 동물의 뇌와 척수를 획득하여 뇌척수액에 혼합된 가시화 제제의 이동 경로를 따라서 가시화된 뇌와 척수의 프리모 순환 시스템을 검출하는 검출 과정을 포함하는 구성을 제시한다.
