Abstract: PURPOSE: A signpost for preventing freezing is provided to prevent freezing of the signpost by emitting heat from a hot wire of a transparent plate, and to drive safely by improving the visibility of the signpost and preventing lane deviation. CONSTITUTION: A hot wire(13) is fastened to the surface of a signpost(10) and heating tie of the hot wire is controlled by a heating time control circuit(18). The surface of the signpost of the road and the hot wire are covered with a transparent plate(11). A charge battery(15) is installed at the side of the signpost of the road, and freezing of the signpost is restricted by supplying power from the charge battery to the hot wire. The heating time control circuit is connected to a solar cell(14) and the charge battery, and the transparent plate is fixed to the signpost by covering the hot wire with the transparent plate.
