The two inclined plates are heated by the furnace. . The roasting frame comprises a plate(410), a grill support part(430), and a plurality of food storing grooves(442).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A charcoal fire roasting device is provided to minimize the generation of smoke and the smolder of meat by preventing the oil and meatjuice from falling to the charcoal when broiling the meat. CONSTITUTION: A charcoal fire roasting device comprises a body(100), a bottle container(200), a furnace(300), a roasting frame(400) and an oblique plate(500).
