Abstract: The patch for treating a stomatitis is produced by (a) adding a steroidic antiphlogistic to a mixed solution obtd. by dissolving a citric acid into a glycerin, and suspending the mixture, (b) adding a hydrophilic polymer to the suspension to obtain a viscous polymer mixture, (c) casting the mixture on the release liner of a silicone paper to form an even film, (d) heating the film to to crosslink-coupling the polymer, and (e) coating a non-permeable supporting film on the matrix layer of the linear/ matrix composite layer. The steroidic antiphlogistic is pref. triamcinolone acetonide, and the hydrophilic polymer is pref. karaya gum, arabia gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose or polyacrylic acid.

Abstract translation: 用于治疗口炎的贴剂通过（a）向混合溶液中加入类固醇消炎药而产生。 通过将柠檬酸溶解到甘油中并使混合物悬浮，（b）向悬浮液中加入亲水性聚合物以获得粘性聚合物混合物，（c）将该混合物浇注在硅酮纸的剥离衬垫上以形成均匀的膜 （d）将膜加热以使聚合物交联耦合，和（e）在线性/基质复合层的基质层上涂覆不可渗透的支撑膜。 类固醇消炎药是优先的。 曲安奈德，亲水性聚合物是优选的。 刺梧桐树胶，阿拉伯胶，羧甲基纤维素，羟甲基纤维素或聚丙烯酸。

Abstract: 본 발명은 스테로이드계 소염제-함유 친수성 중합체 매트릭스층, 비투과성 지지막 및 박리형 라이너로 구성된 구내염 치료용 패취제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 패취제는 적용 부위에 지속적으로 치료약물을 방출하여 국소적 치료효과를 장시간 유지시키며, 또한 상처부위를 타액이나 그밖의 자극으로 부터 보고하여 치료효과를 상승시킬 수 있다.
