Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for collecting bee venom which includes a frame separation step (S100) of separating a frame (14) which is formed in a beehive and has a honeycomb; a bee collection step (S110) in which a plurality of bees moves with the frame (14) and the frame (14) is inserted into a bee separating device (20) to collect the bees inside a bee collecting container (30); a bee venom collecting step (S120) of applying electric power to a bee venom collecting plate (34) installed on the bottom surface of the bee collecting container (30), applying electric shocks to the bees collected in the bee collecting container (30), and guiding the bees to secrete bee venom on the bee venom collecting plate (34); and a bee venom dissolving step (S140) of separating the bee venom collecting plate (34) from the bee collecting container (30) when the secretion of the bee venom is completed and dissolving the collected bee venom by mounting the bee venom collecting plate (34) on a sterilized water storing tank (50). According to the present invention, the method prevents bee losses caused by collecting the bee venom as the bees are collected at the same time by using the bee separating device in a short time. Furthermore, as the bee venom manually collected in the past is collected by utilizing sterilized water, the bee venom collected on the bee venom collecting plate can be completely collected, working time for collecting bee venom can be remarkably reduced, and working efficiency can be also improved. Therefore, the method improves the yield of collecting the bee venom so that the incomes of farms are increased.
