Abstract: PURPOSE: A domestic animal identification apparatus and domestic animal monitoring apparatus are provided to accurately measure a bio-signal of domestic animals and remotely control domestic animals and the environment of a domestic animal shed. CONSTITUTION: A domestic animal identification apparatus(100) comprises: an internal power source(205); an active bio-signal sensor(200) which is provided with power from the internal power source and measures a bio-signal(temperature, pulse, blood pressure, electrocardiogram, etc.); an AD converter(210) which changes an analog bio-signal into a digital signal; a memory(230) in which the bio-signal is saved; a main control unit(220) which generates a monitor signal; and a local area wireless communication unit(240). A domestic animal monitoring apparatus comprises a local area wireless communication unit, a comparator, and an environment controller.
