Abstract: 생체 클립에 방사선 물질을 탑재하여 클립의 기본 역할에 위치표시자로서의 기능을 강화함으로써, 시술 시 절개하려는 부위의 정확한 위치를 쉽고 빠르게 찾을 수 있는 수술용 표시자 클립 및 클립 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 수술용 표시자 클립은, 자기 확개성을 가지는 클립 본체와, 클립 본체의 기단측에 구비되고 방사선 물질을 포함하며 방사선 물질의 차폐 및 차폐 해제 기능을 가지는 방사선 표시부와, 방사선 표시부에 장착되는 위치로부터 외력에 의해 클립 본체로 슬라이드 이동되면서 클립 본체를 폐성하도록 조여주는 클립 조임부를 포함할 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for extracting character regions from a picture region in a paper document image is provided to improve performance and perform the extraction of the character regions from various types of picture regions efficiently by using a statistical data analysis method. A method for extracting character regions from a picture region in a paper document image comprises the following steps of: receiving a picture image assigned by a user(110); performing 8-directional connection element analysis for the received picture image and acquiring the outmost quadrangle from the analyzed connection element(120); and removing graphic elements using search data analysis technique named a box picture and extracting character elements(130).
