본 고안은 호스클립에 관한 것이다.
2. 고안이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
본 고안에서는 클립의 양끝단부에 형성하는 스톱퍼부분에 화살표형상의 고정돌기와 이를 수용하기위한 결합홈을 구비하여 호스클립의 조립내경을 유지하면서 제작공정과 조립공정을 간소화하기위함이다.
3. 고안의 해결방법의 요지
호스클립의 양끝단 일측 스톱퍼에는 화살표형상의 고정돌기를 형성하고 타측 스톱퍼에는 상기 화살표형상의 고정돌기가 결합될 수 있는 결합홈을 구비하도록 하되, 화살표형상의 고정돌기에는 결합홈에 결합될 경우 결합에 용이하도록 슬롯을 형성하여 고정돌기가 결합홈에 결합될 때 슬롯에 의해 고정돌기가 횡방향으로 수축이 가능하도록하여 조립이 용이하도록 한 것이다.
4. 고안의 중요한 용도
본 고안인 호스클립은 일정길이의 고정돌기를 이용하여 호스클립의 고정 및 사용이 가능하도록 고안되어져 제작시의 공정수를 감소시킬 수 있어 원가절감 및 생산성향상에 기여함은 물론 조립공구(펜치, 플라이어)없이도 쉽게 조립이 가능하다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hose clamp having a correcting function is provided to keep the clamping force even in case the diameter of a hose is reduced. CONSTITUTION: A hose clamp having a correcting function comprises a clamp body(101), a hose guide(104), a guide groove(105), a band(108), an adjusting bolt(111), and a correcting unit(113). The clamp body is formed by bending an elastic plate-type member in a circular shape. The hose guide is projected in the center of one end of the clamp body in order to prevent the jamming of a hose at the time of clamping. The band fixes a cylindrical holding block(106) and a coupling block(107) to outer side of both ends of the clamp body. The adjusting bolt reduces or increases the diameter of the clamp body. The correcting unit prevents excessive torque between the head(112) of the adjusting bolt and the holding block and reduces the diameter of the clamp body according to the diameter reduction of a hose.
