Abstract: 본 발명은 개불 성체가 들어있는 수조의 온도를 평소보다 3~5℃ 올리고 동시에 식물성 플랑크톤의 농도를 평소보다 높여서 산란을 유발하는 단계와, 상기 수정된 알과 정자를 세란하는 단계와, 상기 수정란을 분조하여 지수상태에서 부화시키는 단계와, 상기 부화된 유생을 15~20℃의 사육수조에 넣고 30일정도 사육하여 치충을 얻는 단계와, 상기 치충을 저질이 충진된 수조에 넣어 성체가 될 때까지 사육하는 단계로 구성된 개불의 사육방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 인공으로 개불을 대량 생산가능하도록 하므로써 고부가가치 양식생물 생산에 의한 어민소득 증대를 꾀할 수 있고, 수산자원의 효율적인 이용은 물론 양식품종의 다변화에 의한 국제 경쟁력 향상을 기할 수 있으며, 또한 개불 치충을 오염된 연안 저질에 방류함으로써 오염된 연� � 간석지의 환경을 정화 및 개선하고 연안 생태계의 친환경적 복원이 가능하게 되는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for rearing urechis unicinctus is provided to enable a mass production of artificial seeds of urechis unicinctus by satisfying the conditions of habitat and reproduction ecologies of urechis unicinctus. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: inducing spawning by increasing the temperature of an aquarium containing urechis unicinctus by 3 to 5deg.C higher than usual and increasing the concentration of phyto plankton higher than usual; cleaning fertilized spawns and sperms; dividing the fertilized spawns to hatch the same in a cutoff state; putting the hatched larvae in a rearing aquarium of 15 to 20deg.C and rearing the same for about 30 days to obtain young urechis unicinctus; and putting the young urechis unicinctus in an aquarium filled with bottom materials and rearing the same until the young urechis unicinctus become adults.
