Abstract: 본 발명은 작은 양의 조직샘플만으로도 비소세포성 폐암의 조직학적 유형을 보다 정확하고도 저비용으로 용이하게 분류하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 본 발명은 지질 프로파일을 이용한 비소세포성 폐암의 조직학적 분류를 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법에 대한 것으로서, (a) 기질(matrix)과 인체 조직을 혼합하여 시료(sample)를 준비하는 단계와, (b) 준비된 시료에 대하여 질량분석을 수행하는 단계와, (c) 질량분석에 의하여 확보된 데이터에서 지질 프로파일에 대한 정보인 제1 지질 프로파일 데이터를 선별하는 단계 및 (d) 선암(adenocarcinoma) 조직 및 편평세포상피암 (squamous cell carcinoma) 조직 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 지질 프로파일에 대한 정보인 제2 지질 프로파일 데이터와 제1 지질 프로파일 데이터를 비교함으로써 시료가 선암(adenocarcinoma) 및 편평세포상피암 (squamous cell carcinoma) 중의 어느 하나에 해당한다는 정보를 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.

Abstract translation: 本发明的目的是仅使用少量的组织样品，以更准确，便宜且容易的方式对非小细胞肺癌的组织学类型进行分类。 为了实现本发明的目的，使用脂质谱提供非小细胞肺癌组织学分类信息的方法包括以下步骤：（a）混合基质和人体组织以制备样品; （b）对所制备的样品进行质谱分析; （c）从质谱获得的数据中选择作为脂质谱的信息的第一脂质谱数据; 和（d）将作为腺癌组织或鳞状细胞癌组织的脂质谱的信息的第二脂质谱数据与第一种脂质谱数据进行比较，以便提供用于指示样品是否与腺癌相关的信息 鳞状细胞癌。
