Abstract: PURPOSE: A washing apparatus preventing water from soaking the installation position is provided to use an air supplying pipe for preventing washing water from flowing inside an inner flow path. CONSTITUTION: A washing apparatus comprises the following: a housing including an insertion slot for inserting the lower side of a washing container(220) and connecting an air supplying pipe; the washing container including a storage space for storing washing water and washing objects, and an overflow hole on the upper side for maintaining the constant level of the washing water; a cover(230) covering the upper side of the washing container for sealing; a washing water supplying unit(300) supplying the washing water; a first connection pipe including spraying holes for spraying the washing water; a second connection pipe(302) connected to the first connection pipe; a discharging pipe(400) discharging the washing water inside the insertion slot; and an opening/closing unit(500) selectively opening and closing the washing water supplying pipe and the discharging pipe.

Abstract: 본 발명은 세척장치에 관한 것으로서, 내부에 세척물 및 세척수가 수용되는 수용공간이 마련되며, 상기 수용공간 내에 상기 세척수가 일정수위를 유지할 수 있도록 상측에 오버플로우홀이 형성된 세척용기가 마련된 세척부와, 상기 수용공간에 공기방울을 분출하여 상기 세척물을 세척하기 위해 상기 세척용기에 공기를 공급하는 것으로, 상기 세척용기에 연통되게 설치되는 공기공급관과, 상기 세척용기 내에 공기가 분출되도록 상기 공기공급관에 연결되어 외부로부터 공기를 펌핑하여 공급하는 공기펌핑부재가 마련된 공기공급부를 구비하고, 상기 공기공급관은 외기가 유입되도록 단부에 형성된 공기유입구로 상기 세척용기로부터 내부로 유입된 상기 세척수가 배출되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 상기 세척용기의 상기 오버플로우홀보다 높은 위치에 트랩부가 형성된다.

이 단조금형의 하나의 성형금형을 이용하여 규격이 다른 동일 형상의 캠 샤프트를 단조할 수 있어 단위 생산원가를 줄일 수 있다.

Abstract: A forging die for a cam shaft for a vehicle is provided to connect or separate unit molds for adjusting length of a shank part and to insert a material vertically for applying molding pressure vertically from the upward direction, thereby forging a cam shaft having another size. A forging die for a cam shaft for a vehicle comprises a shank part, and a head part having first and second cam parts, unit molds(32,33), a head mold(36), and a cover mold(35). The unit molds are deposited and separated by a combining part, and have shank mold parts(31) vertically. The head mold has a head mold part(35). The cover mold, which is combined with the head mold, divides the head mold space. Insertion parts(41) are formed at a lower surface of the unit mold, and projections(42) are combined with the combining part on the unit molds.
