Abstract:
An apparatus for manufacturing coal-mixed liquid fuel is provided to pulverize coal such as anthracite coal and bituminous coal, to refine waste oil like plant oil and mix crushed stone coal, refinement waste oil and water and to prevent dust from being generated when the coal is carried. An apparatus for manufacturing coal-mixed liquid fuel contains a coal feeder(110) in which coal raw ore is stored and which supplies the coal raw ore, pulverizing devices(130, 140) pulverizing the coal raw ore to a microparticle size, a first mixer(160) desulfurizing and decalcifying crushing stone coal by mixing water and a coagulant into crushed stone coal supplied to a coal depositing storage(150) at 30 ~ 40% of concentration, a waste oil feeder(210) in which waste oil is stored and supplies the waste oil, an esterification reaction bath(230) which esterification-reacts the waste oil from which the moisture is removed, a second mixer(310) which mixes the water and the oil to a proper weight ratio into the crushing stone coal supplied through a coal measure(190) and refinement waste oil supplied through a waste oil meter(290) and a sonicator(320) giving supersonic vibration to a mixture mixed in the second mixer.

본 발명은 석탄 혼합 액상연료 제조장치, 이를 이용한 석탄 혼합 액상연료 제조방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 석탄 혼합 액상연료에 관한 것으로, 석탄원석이 저장되어 공급되는 석탄공급기, 석탄공급기에서 공급되는 석탄원석을 건조기시는 건조기, 건조기에서 건조된 석탄원석을 마이크로 입자크기로 분쇄하는 분쇄기, 분쇄기에서 분쇄된 분쇄석탄을 저장하는 석탄 포집저장고, 석탄 포집저장고에서 공급되는 분쇄석탄에 물과 응집제가 30 ~ 40% 농도로 혼합된 광액을 교반시켜 분쇄석탄을 탈황 및 탈회시키는 제 1교반기, 제 1교반기에서 교반된 분쇄석탄이 이송되어 저장되는 분쇄석탄저장고, 분쇄석탄저장고에서 공급되는 분쇄석탄의 공급을 제어하는 석탄계량기를 구비하고, 폐유가 저장되어 공급되는 폐유공급기, 폐유공급기에서 공급되는 폐유에 함유된 수분을 제거하는 수분제거기, 수분제거기에서 수분이 제거된 폐유를 에스텔화 반응시키는 에스텔화 반응조, 에스텔화반응조에서 에스텔화된 정제폐유가 이송되어 저장되는 정제폐유저장조, 정제폐유저장조에서 공급되는 정제폐유의 공급을 제어하는 폐유계량기를 구비하며, 석탄계량기를 통해 공급되는 분쇄석탄과, 폐유계량기를 통해 공급되는 정제폐유에 물과 오일을 소정 중량비로 혼합하여 교반시키는 제 2교반기, 및 제 2교반기에서 교반되는 혼합물에 초음파 진동을 부여하는 초음파 처리기를 구비한다.

A device for preparing uncurdled bean curd and a preparation method are provided to ensure abundant nourishment due to mineral in deep water by germinating the beans with the filtered water. A device(100) for preparing uncurdled bean curd includes the first cleaning part(110), a germinating part(120), a filtered water storage part(190), the second cleaning part(130), a dryer part(140), the first grinding part(161), the second grinding part(162), a metering part(170), a mixing part(180), a heating part(200) and packaging part(210). The first cleaning part washes the skin of the used bean. The germinating part controls temperature to germinate the washed beans. The filtered water storage provides the filtered water for the germinating part. The second cleaning part washes the germinated bean.

A system for processing liquid fuel mixed by coal and oil, a method of processing mixed liquid fuel is provided to solve a pollution problem by dust generated when carrying coal, to cause no contamination by the dust or spontaneous ignition because char particles are processed to 1 ~ 3 and made into slurry and to be used as clean fuel since the combustion residue nearly does not remain after combustion. The primary crusher(200) firstly pulverizes char particles into 0.5mm or less. A fine pulverizer(300) shatters the char particles at a hypersonic speed by using the gas supplied from outside after the first grinding. A filter passes char particles having size of 1 ~ 3 of the char particles pulverized in a fine pulverizer. A depositing water tub collects char particles filtered through the filter in underwater(400). The char particles are desulfurized by mixing the char particles of 50 parts by weight in the depositing water tub(500), water of 5 ~ 10 parts by weight and oil of 40 ~ 45 parts by weight.

A preparation system of a mixed liquid fuel and a preparation method of a mixed liquid fuel using the same are provided to solve a pollution problem generated due to dust and the like when transporting coal, make it not necessary to be apprehensive of pollution or spontaneous combustion due to dust by processing coal into coal powder with a particle size of 4 to 10 mum and converting the coal powder into a slurry, and use the mixed liquid fuel as a clean fuel by allowing combustion residues to be hardly remained even after combustion. A preparation system of a mixed liquid fuel comprises: a first pulverizer(200) for primarily pulverizing coal grains into coal particles with a particle size of not greater than 0.5 mm; a fine pulverizer(300) for rotating the coal particles to a supersonic speed using gas with a specified pressure supplied from the outside to pulverize the coal particles; a filter for passing coal particles with a particle diameter of 4 to 10 mum only in the coal particles that have been pulverized in the fine pulverizer; a collecting water tank(400) for collecting in the water the coal particles that have passed through the filter; and a centrifuge(500) for mixing 30 to 70 weight parts of the coal particles that have been collected in the collecting water tank and supplied from the collecting water tank, 5 to 10 weight parts of water, and 30 to 70 weight parts of oil, and removing sulfur and ash from the coal particles of the mixture. Further, the oil is one selected from a group consisting of kerosene, diesel oil, BC oil and DMU-101.
