Abstract: 본 발명은 비단풀( Euphorbia supina ) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 주름개선용 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 비단풀 추출물의 콜라게나아제(Collagenase) 활성억제 및 콜라겐(Collagen) 생성 촉진효능을 이용한 주름개선용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is fried fish paste which characteristically contains mushrooms, therefore, shows pharmacological anticancer effects and prevention effects of adult diseases, and is excellent in nutrients, preference and competitiveness on the market. CONSTITUTION: The fried fish paste comprises 1-20 wt.% of mushrooms selected from Flammulina vclutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Agaricur bisporus, Letimula edodes Pegler or Pleurotus eryngii; 43 wt.% of fish fleshes of surimi, 9.5 wt.% of wheat flour, 4 wt.% of promine, 1.5 wt.% of sugar, 1.05 wt.% of salts, 0.25 wt.% of MSG, 0.2 wt.% of D-xylose, 0.1 wt.% of potassium sorbate, and 20.4-40.3 wt.% of water.
