    Abstract: The water dispersible resin composition for the mfr. of the molded plate material is composed of 30-68 wt.% of a cationic polyacrylamide resin, 20-40 wt.% of an epoxy resin of formula (I), 1-2 wt.% of a cationic surfactant of formula (II) and 1-2 wt.% of a nonionic surfactant of formula (III). The mold plate material is produced by (a) mixing 0.1-1.0 wt.% of the resin composition, 20-30 wt.% of a rock wool or a glass wool, 10-15 wt.% of an inorganic filler i.e. alumina silicate, calcium silicate, zeolite, alumina hydrate, calcium carbonate or magnesium carbonate in water, (b) molding the mixture, and (c) heat drying it.
