본 발명의 리드바디 청소장치는, 모터의 회전력 전달이 원활하고, 큰 브러시를 장착할 수 있어 터널홈 뿐만 아니라 터널홈 주변의 이물질까지 제거할 수 있으며, 리드바디의 크기와 터널홈의 위치에 따라서 브러시의 위치를 자주 변경할 필요가 없고, 최소한의 모터가 사용되므로 제조원가가 저렴하며 가볍다.

Abstract: A rolling mill for making a stainless steel ribbon is provided to minimize defect rate and improve the working efficiency by forming plural rolling devices. A rolling mill for making a stainless steel ribbon comprises a material supply device(1), a first tension control device(2), first, second, third and fourth rolling devices(3a,3b,3c,3d), a discharge device(4), and a driving device. The material supply device includes a fixer(12) having a rotation shaft(11). The first tension control device is connected to a spring by mounting a guide roller(23) after forming plural guiding grooves toward one direction of a pair of tension control plates. The first, second, third, and fourth rolling devices include a pair of driving shafts(31) having fixers(31') wherein driving gears are engaged, and upper/lower rollers placed at the outer periphery of driving shafts. A transferring bar connected to the fixer of the upper roller has a transfer rotation shaft and a guide bar, and vertically transfers the transferring bar and the upper roller by the transfer rotation shaft to connect the transfer rotation shaft with adjustable handles(36) at the upper part of installation bars(38). The installation bars include a material guide bar(301) to change a position adjuster by rotating a screw shaft via an adjusting hole, and material pressers(39) having the predetermined elasticity. The discharge device consists of a rotation roller(42) placed at a fixer(44), and a tension control device(41) at one side of the rotation roller. The driving device penetrates a turning shaft(5') at one side of a device body, whose one end couples the driving motor, one end of the driving shafts in the lower roller of the first and second rolling devices, with a belt, and other end couples one end of the driving shaft in the lower roller of the third and fourth rolling devices with the belt.
