Provided is a bonded steel plate which is excellent in sound absorbing, vibration damping, and frost preventing effects of a sank bowl by using a bonded steel plate in which a surface board and a supporting board are adhered to each other by an adhesive resin. A bonded steel plate(10) for a sink bowl having excellent sound absorbing, vibration damping, and thermal insulating properties comprises: a surface board(11); a supporting board(12) supporting the surface board; and an adhesive resin(13) which is disposed between the surface board and the supporting board to adhere the surface board and the supporting board to each other, and which has a thickness of 0.02 to 0.1 mm.

A bonded steel plate with high vibration-damping property, sound absorptivity, and processability is provided to prevent a bonding resin layer from being broken in processing the bonded steel plate, by keeping the predetermined viscosity of bonding resin. A bonded steel plate(10) with high vibration-damping property, sound absorptivity, and processability is composed of: a surface panel(11); a support panel(12) disposed opposite to the surface panel to support the surface panel; and a bonding resin layer interposed between the surface panel and the support panel to bond the surface panel and the support panel to each other. The thickness of the bonding resin layer is 0.02~0.1mm and viscosity is 2500~4500cps. The bending strength of the surface panel and the support panel is 10.5~16.5Nm.

PURPOSE: A lightweight panel for an interior material having excellent sound insulation properties is provided to remarkably reduce manufacturing costs by improving sound insulating and absorbing functions using an adhesive resin layer. CONSTITUTION: A lightweight panel(10) for an interior material having excellent sound insulation properties comprises a surface material(11), a support member(12), and an adhesive resin layer(13). The surface material is processed to improve the exterior of the panel. The support member is arranged under the surface material and supports the surface material. The adhesive resin layer is arranged between the surface material and the support member and attaches the surface material on the support member.

본 발명은 흡음성과 제진성이 우수한 엘레베이터용 패널 및 그러한 패널을 이용한 엘레베이터 카에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 표면판재와 그 표면판재를 지지하는 지지판재를 흡음성과 제진성이 우수한 접착 수지를 이용하여 접합시킨 다음, 엘레베이터용 패널로 사용하기 위하여 그 단면이 형으로 되도록 절곡시킨 엘레베이터용 패널을 제조하고, 그와 같은 엘레베이터용 패널을 엘레베이터 카 프레임에 체결 및 고정시킨 엘레베이터 카에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 엘레베이터의 삼방틀, 출입문, 카 내부 마감재 및 카 도어에 사용되는 패널로서, 접합강판으로 이루어져 흡음성과 제진성이 우수한 엘레베이터용 패널에 있어서, 표면판재, 상기 표면판재를 지지하는 지지판재 및 상기 표면판재와 상기 지지판재 사이에 배치되어, 상기 표면판재와 상기 지지판재를 상호 접합시키는 접착 수지로 이루어지고, 상기 접착 수지는 0.02∼0.1mm 의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘레베이터용 패널을 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 표면판재와 지지판재를 접착수지로 접합시킨 접합강판을 엘레베이터 패널로 사용함으로써, 접합강판의 접착수지층에 의해 흡음기능 및 제진기능을 가지도록 함은 물론, 이와 같은 접합강판을 이용하여 엘레베이터 패널을 제조함으로써 원가를 대폭 절감함과 동시에, 종래 고가의 금속소재와 동일한 수준의 외장성을 확보할 수 있고, 나아가 외부의 소음차단 및 제진 효과면에서도 탁월하다. 레베이터용 패널, 접합강판, 흡음, 제진, 엘레베이터 카

A fire door and the manufacturing method are provided to maintain the tightness of indoors by reducing the noise from the outside, to have the same decorative effect and fireproof effect compared with the existing fire door, and to cut down the manufacturing cost. A fire door comprises an inner plate(10) forming the inside of a fire door, an outer plate(20) arranged to be opposite to the inner plate and forming the outside of the fire door, an adhesive layer(25) applied on the facing sides of the inner plate and the outer plate, a pair of reinforcement plates(30a,30b) attached in the vertical direction of the door along two edges between the inner plate and the outer plate, and a sound absorbing material(40) filled among the inner plate and the outer plate, and a pair of the reinforcement plates.
