    Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyurea waterproofing method using a water-soluble polyamine-based surface preparation compound and a waterproof layer structure constructed by the same are provided to improve tensile strength of polyurea, thereby uniformly coating polyurea without a pin hole. CONSTITUTION: A polyurea waterproofing method comprises the following steps. A foreign material of a concrete basic member surface is removed(S1). A water-soluble surface preparation compound is coated on the basic member surface to fill a defective part or a gap(S2). A PVA vinylon fiber is applied on an upper layer of the surface preparation compound(S3). Polyurea resin is coated on an upper layer of a reinforcing fiber(S4).

A reinforced concrete structure repairing/reinforcing method comprises steps of: chipping object reinforced concrete structure(CS); washing the chipped reinforced concrete structure using high pressure water; removing rust of the corrosion steel reinforcement(RS) of the washed part; setting up a sacrifice assembly(SA) in the corrosion steel reinforcement and a junction box(JB) and a corrosion current measuring apparatus; coating alkali granting in the sacrifice assembly; coating a primer on coated alkali granting agent; coating an anti-rust mortar(RM) on the coated primer; coating a neutralization preventing agent on the anti-rust mortar; and receiving and watching content sending from the corrosion current measuring apparatus.
