Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide 6016 type alloy sheets for automobile body outer panels with a composition adapted to recycling, sufficient formability for deep drawing and hemming under severe conditions, improved resistance to indentation compared with sheets of the 6016 type according to the prior art while controlling erastic return, with good gluing properties, cutting without the formation of slivers, and good resistance to filiform corrosion. SOLUTION: The sheet for an automobile body outer panel part between 0.8 and 1.2 mm thick comprises of the following composition (% by weight): Fe: 0.25 to 0.35; Si: 0.95 to 1.10; Cu: 0.15 to 0.20; Mg: 0.40 to 0.50; Mn: 0.08 to 0.15; other elements 0.2 in the L direction less than 160 MPa and preferably less than 150 MPa after solution heat treatment, quenching, pre-aging or reversion and ageing at ambient temperature for between 3 weeks and 6 months. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous roll-bond panel production method which is suitable for the production of one side flat panels with strong mechanical properties and which simultaneously enables early detection of defective panels in both for one side flat and two-sided type panels. SOLUTION: A continuous aluminum alloy integrated circuit panel production method comprises the steps of: supply of the production line with strips A and B; brushing of strips A and B; application on strip A of a weld-proof ink; preheating of strips A and B; application using a rolling mill of strip B on the surface of strip A to obtain a composite strip; annealing of the composite strip in a furnace; cooling of the composite strip; cutting of the composite strip into panels; transfer of the panels into an expansion press with several levels; expansion of the channel; and taking out the panels from the press and stacking for packaging. L'invention concerne un produit corroyé tel qu'un produit filé, laminé et/ou forgé, en alliage à base d'aluminium comprenant, en % en poids, Cu : 3,0 - 3,9; Li : 0,8 - 1,3; Mg : 0,6 - 1,0; Zr : 0,05 - 0,18; Ag : 0,0 - 0,5; Mn : 0,0 - 0,5; Fe + Si ≤ 0,20; Zn ≤ 0,15;au moins un élément parmi Ti : 0,01-0,15; Sc : 0,05 - 0,3; Cr : 0,05 - 0,3; Hf : 0,05 - 0, 5; autres éléments ≤ 0,05 chacun et ≤ 0,15 au total, reste aluminium. L'invention concerne également le procédé de fabrication de ce produit. Les produits selon l'invention sont particulièrement utiles pour réaliser des produits épais en aluminium destinés à réaliser des éléments de structure pour l'industrie aéronautique.

A rolled or forged Al-Zn-Cu-Mg aluminum-based alloy wrought product having a thickness from 2 to 10 inches. The product has been treated by solution heat-treatment, quenching and aging, and the product comprises (in weight-%) :Zn 6.2 - 7.2, Mg 1.5 - 2.4, Cu 1.7 - 2.1. Fe 0 - 0.13, Si 0 - 0.10, Ti 0 - 0.06, Zr 0.06 - 0.13, Cr 0 - 0.04, Mn 0 - 0.04, impurities and other incidental elements = 0.05 each. Alloys per se and aircraft and aerospace uses, as well as methods of making products are also disclosed.
