Abstract: In one aspect, the invention provides an optical sensor (100) comprising a flexible substrate (2) and an optical element (3, 3') being positioned on the substrate. The flexible substrate comprises deformations (5) affecting the optical element and the deformations are provided in a substrate deformation zone (4, 4') at least partly surrounding the optical element. It is an object of the present invention to provide an optical sensor configuration compatible with roll-to-roll manufacturing.
