Abstract: A reflector clamping member (RCM) for fixating an ultrasound reflector (REF) to a flow conduit insert (FCI) of an ultrasonic flow meter (UFM) is disclosed, the reflector clamping member (RCM) comprising a fixation portion (FXN) for fixating the reflector clamping member (RCM) to the flow conduit insert (FCI) and a flexible portion (FLX) for contacting the ultrasound reflector (REF), wherein the flexible portion (FLX) is adapted for supporting at least one side of the ultrasound reflector (REF) so as to clamp the ultrasound reflector (REF) between the flexible portion (FLX) and the flow conduit insert (FCI) when the reflector clamping member (RCM), the ultrasound reflector (REF), and the flow conduit insert (FCI) are assembled. Also, a flow conduit insert assembly (ASY) comprising such reflector clamping member (RCM), an ultrasonic flow meter (UFM) comprising such reflector clamping member (RCM), and a method of fixating an ultrasound reflector (REF) to a flow conduit insert (FCI) are disclosed.

Abstract: A wireless consumption meter, such as an ultrasonic flow meter, and a test and calibration system; the wireless consumption meter including a test mode which changes the wireless communication parameters to transmit less data, with less power, faster and more often, than in a normal operating mode. The test and calibration system includes test boxes arranged to receive measurement data from the consumption meters under the test mode circumstances and a common control unit arranged to control the start and stop of the testing and to establish a test or calibration result based on the received measurements from the consumption meters and by comparing with a reference value from a reference device. Further, methods performed by the consumption meter and the test and calibration system are disclosed.

Abstract: A method of bonding an electrode of a piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer to an electrically conductive layer of a support substrate, in order to support the piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer and establish an electrical connection between the electrode and the electrically conductive layer. Abstract: An ultrasonic flow meter is disclosed, the ultrasonic flow meter including a flow tube with a flow channel for a fluid to be measured, and two ultrasound reflectors fixated inside the flow tube, a first ultrasound transducer, a second ultrasound transducer, and an electronic control arrangement for operating the ultrasonic flow meter. The ultrasound transducers and reflectors have relative positions and orientations forming an ultrasound path from the first ultrasound transducer to the at least two ultrasound reflectors, to the second ultrasound transducer, and vice versa. The ultrasonic flow meter measures absolute transit times of the ultrasound signal from the first ultrasound transducer to the second ultrasound transducer, and/or vice versa, and the ultrasound reflectors include at least 50% by weight of copper, and the ultrasound signal includes at least 8 pulses.
