The invention relates to a roll device (300) that comprises : a roll (100) removably connectable to a support structure (200); - a heating element (7) seated within the roll (100); an electrical connector for supplying the heating element (7). The roll device is characterised in that the connector comprises : - a first contact (12) arranged in a bottom wall (8) of the roll (100); - a second contact (13) arranged in the support structure (200) and adapted for engaging the first contact (12) in pressing contact, wherein one between the first (12) and the second (13) contact is movable between a retracted position and a position extended towards the other contact and permanently stressed in the extended position.
Abstract:
The invention refers to a system (20) for cooling a pre-laminated printed circuit board in transit between a pre-laminator (4) and a laminator (6). The cooling system comprises: a conditioner (21) suitable for thermally conditioning ambient air, bringing it to a temperature preferably comprised between 8 °C and 12 °C, a distributor (22) communicating with the conditioner and suitable for creating a flow of conditioned air, at a substantially laminar condition, that hits the pre-laminated board, a filter (26) of HEPA type housed in the distributor, a thermocouple (27) for detecting the temperature of the conditioned air at the outlet of the distributor, and a control device (28) connected with the thermocouple and the conditioner for commanding the actuation thereof. In particular, the control device commands the actuation of the conditioner in a manner so as to bring and maintain the temperature of the conditioned air at the outlet of the distributor to/at value that is as close as possible to a predefined temperature. The invention also refers to a module (1) for conveying a pre-laminated printed circuit board from a pre-laminator (4) to a laminator (6), comprising the cooling system (20) that is the subject of the invention.

A laminator device comprises advancement means adapted to determine a movement in temporal continuity of a basic sheet/lamina element and of at least one additive sheet/lamina element along a processing direction and a coupling unit adapted to approach and couple the basic sheet/lamina element to the additive sheet/lamina element; the advancement means comprise at least one tractor device arranged downstream of the coupling unit along the processing direction and adapted to exert a tensile action on the basic sheet/lamina element and on the additive sheet/lamina element in a mutual coupling condition.

The invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a composite panel (28) comprising a first and a second copper sheet (2, 3) opposite to each other and adhering to a double sided adhesive film (4) interposed therebetween. The apparatus includes a first and a second lamination stage (1, 2). The first lamination stage (1) comprises a first and a second cylinder (5, 6) crossed by a first belt (7) made of PET on which the first copper sheet may be laid. The cylinders rotate in opposite directions, so as to cause the first belt and the sheet laying thereon to slide therebetween. The first cylinder is partially surrounded by a second belt (10) made of PET and by the double sided adhesive film which is thus dragged between the aforesaid cylinders and is caused to adhere to the first copper sheet so as to form a semi-finished panel (16) comprising one of the two copper sheets and the double sided adhesive film. The second lamination stage (2) comprises a third and a fourth cylinder (21, 22) crossed by a third belt (23) made of PET on which the semi-finished panel may be laid at the first copper sheet. The cylinders rotate in opposite directions so as to cause the third belt and the semi-finished panel laying thereon to slide therebetween. The second lamination stage also comprises a chute (25) on which the second copper sheet (3) may be laid and by means of which the latter may overlap the semi-finished panel at the double sided adhesive film included in the latter. The third and fourth cylinders compress the second copper sheet against the double sided adhesive film of the semi-finished panel so as to form the aforesaid composite panel.

The invention refers to an apparatus for making a photosensitive film (2) adhere to a multilayer sheet (3) on which the film (2) has been previously extended at at least one face of the sheet, in order to obtain a printed circuit board. The apparatus (1) comprises a movable lower plate (4) at which the sheet (3) is housable with the film (2), a fixed upper plate (5) and a double-acting pneumatic cylinder (7) for moving the lower plate. The lower plate (4) is sealingly couplable with the upper plate to delimit a compartment (6) that is hermetically isolated from the outside environment. A compressor (15) communicates with said compartment (6) in order to create, within the same, an overpressure with respect to the outside environment. Said overpressure presses the film (2) against the sheet (3), causing the mutual adhesion of the same. The invention also refers to a method for making a photosensitive film (2) adhere to a multilayer sheet (3).

The invention relates to a lamination apparatus (100) of a panel (1) in an automatic processing line and to the respective lamination method. Such apparatus comprises : a lamination unit (200) of the panel (1); first handling means (300, 40) of the panel (1) to convey the panel from an input (IN) of the apparatus toward an input portion (PI) of the lamination unit (200) along an advancing direction (D) of the panel in a respective advancing way; - second handling means (400, 500) of the panel (1) interposed along the advancing direction (D), between an output portion (P2) of the lamination unit (200) and an output (OUT) of the apparatus to convey the laminated panel (1) in the advancing way toward the output (OUT). The apparatus is characterized in that the second handling means comprise grip and haulage means (500) suitable to engage with pressure with the laminated panel (1) exiting from the output portion (P2) of the lamination unit (200) to haul said panel (1) along the advancing direction (D) toward the output (OUT).
