Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cesium removal method from radioactive cesium contaminated soil that exists in a large amount and widely, and a water system including the same.SOLUTION: Paramecium bursaria is input into soil and water suspension liquid contaminated by cesium to be cultivated, and thereby it is found that cesium can be absorbed in Paramecium bursaria to complete the present invention. By the present invention, cesium dissolved in water and insoluble cesium that strongly bonds to soil such as clay are taken in Paramecium bursaria, and effective cesium removal can be performed. Further, processing on the site of cesium contaminated soil and a water system including the same can be comparatively simply realized, so that cost and hours necessary for processing can be largely reduced and shortened comparing with a conventional method.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for regenerating a sprinkling antifreeze, capable of efficiently regenerating the antifreeze, such as an anti-icer and ice-remover for an airplane, and a deicing agent and snow-melting agent for a runway, which contains propylene glycol as a main component at a low cost, and to provide a method for effectively reusing the same. SOLUTION: This method for regenerating the sprinkling antifreeze has a first process where the sprinkling antifreeze which contains the propylene glycol as the main component is recovered as a waste antifreeze after it is used, a second process where the waste antifreeze is treated with a reverse osmosis membrane so as to be separated into a concentrated waste antifreeze in which the propylene glycol is concentrated and water, and a third process where the concentrated waste antifreeze is used as a regenerated antifreeze as it is, or the propylene glycol and/or an additive for the antifreeze is added to the concentrated waste antifreeze so that its composition is adjusted and then used as the regenerated antifreeze. The method for reusing the sprinkling antifreeze comprises sprinkling the obtained regenerated antifreeze on the airplane or the runway.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decomposition accelerator of volatile organic halogen compound by microorganisms which provides nutrition elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur and so on for a long time which is necessary for proliferation and growth of microorganisms as well as hydrogen necessary for reductive dehalogenation, and which accelerates the proliferation and growth of microorganisms; and a decomposition acceleration method using the same. SOLUTION: The decomposition accelerator of volatile organic halogen compound by microorganisms which includes condensation reaction products of an amino acid and an oxycarboxylic acid, or an ester of this condensation reaction products and polyalcohol as active ingredients; and also the decomposition acceleration method using the same are provided.
