A vehicle roof is proposed, comprising a roof opening which may be selectively closed or at least partially opened by means of a cover element, which is guided relative to a vehicle longitudinal central plane on both sides via a drive mechanism in a guide rail fixed to the roof, and which is made from a material comprising polycarbonate. The drive mechanism is at least partially an integral component of the cover element.

The invention relates to a method for mixing an exhaust gas flow with a fluid in an exhaust gas pipe 40 of an exhaust gas system 4, in which the fluid is injected by means of an injection device 5 into the exhaust gas pipe 40. The exhaust gas flow is guided in the exhaust gas pipe 40 in the area of the injection device 5 in a direction of flow S parallel to the exhaust gas pipe 40. The fluid is injected directly onto a deflection element 6 which is arranged in the exhaust gas pipe 40 in a central direction of injection E which deviates from the direction of flow S by an angle se, wherein by means of at least one sheet metal part 60 which is provided on the deflection element 6 and which is raised at least partially at an angle sv with reference to the direction of flow S, the exhaust gas flow is diverted with reference to the direction of flow S from its direction of flow S into a central direction of distribution V. Before and after it impacts the deflection element 6, the fluid is carried along at least partially by the diverted part of the exhaust gas flow into the direction of distribution V and is diverted into the direction of distribution V by the raised sheet metal part 60.

The subject matter of the invention is apparatuses for the aftertreatment of the exhaust gases of diesel engines. The apparatus comprises a pipe (2), through which the exhaust gases flow, a nozzle for injecting an additive into the pipe (2), and a mixing section (3) which is arranged behind the nozzle. A mixing pipe (20) is inserted into the pipe (2) adjacently to the nozzle. Said mixing pipe (20) is provided with large-area perforations (22) on the circumference, is seated in the pipe (2) with a radial spacing, has a closure cover (25) at its end with a receptacle (26) for the nozzle and, at its other end, has a funnel-shaped widened portion (23) which bears against the pipe (2) at least in regions.

An injection molding machine is proposed, especially for injection stamping of large-area plastic moldings, that has at least a first injection mold which has two mold halves and which forms a first cavity with a first projected area, and a second injection which has two mold halves and which forms a second cavity with a second projected area, one mold half of each of the two injection molds being fixed on a common carrier unit. A support means for the two injection molds acts in the opening direction. In order to limit the force acting on the respective cavity, the support means, depending on the respective projected area of the respective cavity, partially take up the clamping force so that a holding pressure force acting on the material which has been injected into the respective cavity is set.

Semiconductor technology requires the use of object holders, which are capable of holding wafers securely, also during rotation. In order to save time and expense, such holders should be suitable for integration directly into a processing facility, wherever possible. According to the invention it is proposed to provide centrally mounted holders which comprise support surfaces for the wafer and pivotable gripper fingers, in which the gripper fingers are pretensioned by means of at least one pretension element in the holding position and are actuated through one opening mechanism, in which at least one opening mechanism and at least one pretension element are integrated in the central clamping arm fixture and/or in the clamping arms.

The invention relates to a method for preparing metal workpieces for cold forming by first applying a phosphate layer and then applying a lubricant layer which has a major content in organic polymer material. The phosphate layer is formed by an aqueous acidic phosphating solution having a major content in calcium, magnesium or manganese and phosphate. The lubricant layer is formed by contacting the phosphated surface with an aqueous lubricant composition which has a content in organic polymer material based on ionomer and optionally also non-ionomer the organic polymer material used predominantly being monomers, oligomers, co-oligomers, polymers or copolymers based on ionomer, acrylic acid/methacrylic acid, epoxide, ethylene, polyamide, propylene, styrene, urethane, the ester or salt thereof. The invention also relates to the corresponding lubricant composition, to the lubricant layer produced thereof and to its use.
