본 발명의 과제는 화상내에서 덧그린 궤적에 의해 지정된 영역의 형상의 식을 용이하게 실행하는 것이다. 본 발명은 촬상 장치로서, 표시 패널의 표시 영역에 표시된 화상내에서, 유저에 의한 조작 입력부의 소정 조작에 의거해서 묘화된 경계선으로 닫힌 제 1 영역을 특정하는 영역 특정부와, 특정된 제 1 영역의 화상과 취득된 화상에 있어서의 제 1 영역 이외의 제 2 영역의 화상 중, 적어도 어느 한쪽을 식별 가능한 표시 형태로 표시 영역에 표시시키는 표시 제어부를 구비하고 있다.

PURPOSE: A light source device and a projector using laser for light source is provided to prevent the outside injection of high output light by improving directivity when a diffusing plate is omitted. CONSTITUTION: A light source device and a projector using laser for light source comprises a fluorescent plate(130), a diffusing plate(140), a light source, a drive unit and a sun visor(160). A fluorescent material layer(131) emitting predetermined wavelength area light is located in the fluorescent plate. A diffusion layer(141) emitting and dispersing the light of the diffusing plate is arranged near the fluorescent material layer.

PURPOSE: A photographing device, a photographing method, and a recording medium recording photographing program are provided to selectively output optimum image of small hand shake according to photographing situation, thereby preventing degradation of a picture quality. CONSTITUTION: An imaging unit(7a) obtains a first image group photographing a subject in a first exposure time and a second image group photographing a subject in a second exposure time. Shaking is determined during the first image group by a hand shaking determination unit. The image shaking determination unit determines the image shaking of a subject during obtaining the first image group. A selection unit selects one among an image obtained from the first image group or an image obtained from the second image group.

PURPOSE: A light emitting device, a light source device and a projector using this light source device are provided to changeably control the rotation number of a rotor. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device comprises a light source(72), a rotor, a driving source, a number of rotation control part and a temperature measurement part. The rotor comprises the fluorescent material layer in which the light researched from the light source device is received and which becomes insane the predetermined wavelength area light. The driving source rotates rotor. The number of rotation control part variable-controls the number of rotation of rotor. The temperature measurement part measures the temperature of rotor. The number of rotation control part variable-controls the number of rotation of rotor in order to keep the temperature of rotor with the designated value.

PURPOSE: A photographing device suitable for photography of an individual is provided to perform automatic photographing or image processing by parameter of photographing condition or image processing condition, thereby easily obtaining a photographing image according to the taste by the registration of the condition. CONSTITUTION: A register unit registers subject information, photographing conditions corresponding to the subject, or image processing conditions. A specific part detector detects specific part of the subject from a photographed image. A subject specifying unit specifies the subject corresponding to the specific part. A condition acquisition unit acquires the photographing conditions or the image processing conditions corresponding to the specified subject. According to the photographing conditions or the image processing conditions, a control unit performs photographing or image processing.

CONSTITUTION: A circumference edge portion is fixed continuously to a support member(4) of whole circumference through an adhesive layer(31) in a display panel(10) of observation side. The adhesive layer surrounds whole circumference of opening(6) between the supporting member and the display panel. The circumference edge part of a protection plate is fixed to the supporting plate. A resin layer(34) is charge between the display panel and the protection plate.

PURPOSE: A touch panel is provided to make a change of a light path of light passing a part touched by a user. CONSTITUTION: The second substrate(12) faces the first substrate. The gap between the first and second substrates is filled with Insulating liquid(33). A line-type contact point(15) makes the insulating liquid to be projected or extended by a predetermined height or in a predetermined direction on the first substrate in an area filled with the insulating liquid. A resistance film(14) is formed on the second substrate to correspond to an arrangement position of the line-type contact point.
