Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic transmission device (40) for a machine, comprising: a disconnectable radial piston (58) hydraulic motor (42) including a cam (46B) solidly connected to a casing (46), a cylinder block (48) and an internal fluid distributor (50), all disposed inside the casing (46); a hydraulic pump (44) comprising a drive member (90); and fluid exchange couplings. According to the invention, the casing and the distributor are mounted in such a way as to allow relative rotation in relation to a stationary support (54) about an axis (A) of rotation, and the cylinder block is secured to the support. The device is characterised in that the drive member (90) of the pump rotates together with the casing of the motor and in that the delivery port of the pump is connected to one of the aforementioned couplings.
Abstract:
The device comprises a main pump (50), two main conduits (51, 52), respectively an inlet conduit and an outlet conduit for first and second hydraulic motors (10, 30) used to drive two movement elements of a heavy vehicle located one after the other. A bypass valve (12) can adopt a low-speed position (I) in which the main inlet ports (10A, 30A) of the motors are connected to the main inlet conduit (51) while the main outlet ports (10B, 30B) are connected to the main outlet conduit (52) and a high-speed position (II) in which one motor (10) is bypassed, the main inlet port (10A) of this motor being connected to the main outlet conduit (52) by a bypass line (L12), while the other main ports retain their respective connection. The device includes restricting means (14), capable of being activated so as to restrict the flow of fluid into the bypass line (L12).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic system (15) comprising: an accumulator (32) in which a sliding piston (28) defines a chamber (22), known as a pressurised chamber, and said piston can be urged in order to pressurise a hydraulic fluid contained in the chamber; and a variable-volume tank (36). The system also comprises an arm (40) and, when the piston is urged and releases fluid from the chamber under pressure, said arm is actuated together with the piston and moves a mobile wall of the tank, thereby increasing the volume of the tank by an amount substantially equal to the reduction in the volume of the pressurised chamber. The system is arranged such that the tank can receive the fluid being released from the pressurised chamber, said system also comprising means (35, 39) for maintaining the pressure in the tank substantially at atmospheric pressure.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic engine that comprises a cam (4) connected to a casing (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D), a cylinder block (10) and an internal fluid dispenser (22) provided in the casing, as well as an output shaft (34). The cylinder block and the output shaft can rotate relative to the casing about a rotation axis (A). The engine further includes an inner shaft (30) coaxial with the output shaft (34) and connected to the cylinder block (10) so as to rotate therewith about the rotation axis (A), and a freewheel device (36) provided between the inner shaft (30) and the output shaft (34) in such a manner that the latter can be driven relative to the inner shaft or rotate relative thereto, the inner shaft and the freewheel device being arranged in the casing (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D).
