Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a lead-free solder bath held by a solder tank and a solder pot catches ions from a metal in contact therewith to the solder bath, and the ions are solved in the solder bath, which stains the solder itself, and metal in contact therewith is eroded. SOLUTION: Negative voltage is applied to a metal (the solder tank and the solder pot), and positive voltage is applied to an electrode (tungsten) emitting metal atoms. By repeating the short-circuit simultaneously with the vibration frequency, metal atoms are caused to transition from the metal constituting the electrode to execute the tungsten coating on a surface of a counter metal. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycling method for recycling a conventionally disposable solder iron tip for making effective use of resources, protecting environment, and cutting soldering operation cost, and a recyclable tip.SOLUTION: If an iron plated layer 12 covering a surface of a solder iron tip 10 is worn and a dent 20 is formed, then the solder iron tip 10 is recovered, and a pure-iron sedimentary layer 21 is built up in the dent 20 of the iron plated layer 12 of the recovered solder iron tip 10 to fill in the dent 20 in a state in which the iron plated layer 12 that is before a bottom of the dent 20 reaches copper of a base material 11 and the copper is exposed remains. A spark hardening method with pure iron arranged on an anode 31 and the solder iron tip 10 arranged on a cathode 32 can be used for a process of filling the dent 20 with the pure-iron sedimentary layer 35. At this time, the pure iron at a purity of about 99.999% is preferably used on the anode 31. This recycling method can be applied to the recycled solder iron tip 10 one more time or a plurality of more times.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal reclamation method capable of reclaiming abrasion and crack of a die and a blade using the same metal as that of a base metal with the strength and the hardness similar to those of the base metal. SOLUTION: In the metal reclamation method, the negative voltage is applied to a metal to be reclaimed, the positive voltage is applied to an electrode for emitting metal atoms. By executing the transition of the metal atoms from the metal constituting the electrode by simultaneously repeating the short-circuit with the oscillation frequency, parts of defect and abrasion are restored. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance of a CMP pad conditioner, and enhance a holding force of abrasive grains.SOLUTION: The CMP pad conditioner 1 includes a plurality of abrasive grains 4 held by a nickel plating layer 11. The nickel plating layer 11 is coated by an amorphous chromium plating layer 12 containing at least an amorphous structure.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method for minimizing the heat effect when joining a ceramic product to be easily cracked by the joining (soldering) heat or a member with its performance being degraded by the partial inflation. SOLUTION: Positive electricity and negative electricity are applied to an electrode 11 and a joining intermediate metal 10, respectively, the thermal energy is imparted by the discharge and the conduction, and the vibration and the electric short-circuit are repeated. SOLUTION: The magnetic attraction device 10 that attracts the body 2 to be attracted being a magnetic body includes a magnetic field generating unit which generates a prescribed magnetic field, and the magnetic field generating unit includes a magnetic field generating source 11, and an electric conductor 12 which is fixed to the magnetic field generating source 11, and guides electric charges accumulated in the magnetic field generating source 11 to a ground potential 13 (reference potential) by being electrically connected to the ground potential 13 (reference potential).
