    Abstract: The subject matter disclosed here relates to a mounting system that facilitates the mounting of a transceiver to an antenna structure in a cellular communication system. In general, the mounting system includes an antenna mounting bracket, a transceiver mounting bracket, and a pair of guide rails. The antenna mounting bracket is configured to attach to the antenna structure while the transceiver mounting bracket is configured to attach to the transceiver. The pair of guide rails are configured to attach to the antenna mounting bracket and include channels to receive corresponding hooked structures on the transceiver mounting bracket. Specifically, the transceiver mounting bracket includes first and second hooked structures, and guide rails include first and second channels that are considered to receive the hooked structures such that the hooked structures can slide into the first and second channels on the guide rails.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for prediction-based non-terrestrial network beam configuration and switching are provided. A base station determines a bandwidth part configuration for a user equipment, which includes a plurality of bandwidth parts respectively corresponding to a plurality of geographic areas. The base station configures the user equipment with the bandwidth part configuration and determines a position or movement of the user equipment in a first geographic area corresponding to a first bandwidth part. The base station determines, based on the position or movement, whether a criterion for reconfiguring the bandwidth part configuration is met. In response to determining that the criterion is met, the base station reconfigures the bandwidth part configuration of the user equipment while the user equipment is positioned in the first geographic area. The reconfiguration includes modifying the plurality of bandwidth parts to include a second bandwidth part corresponding to a second geographic area.

    Abstract: Various arrangements for updating a radio unit (RU) of a cellular network are presented. A volume of cellular signals being handled by a first programmable processor of the RU and a second programmable processor of the RU may be analyzed. A determination can be made that one of the processors has sufficient available resources to handle the analyzed volume of cellular signals. The RU can cause cellular signals to be rerouted to one of the programmable processors while the other processor is taken offline for updating. The update process is performed such that UE in communication with the RU experience uninterrupted cellular network access.

    Abstract: Various arrangements for operating a cellular network with advanced secondary operator privacy are presented herein. A first set of user equipment may communicate using a first radio unit and a first radio spectrum with a cellular network. A second set of user equipment may communicate with the cellular network using a second radio unit and a second radio spectrum. The second radio unit may be operated by a secondary operator distinct from the cellular network operator. The second radio unit may encrypt the second communications such that the cellular network cannot decrypt the second communications. The cellular network, can route the encrypted second communications of the second cellular network slice from the second radio unit to a data center operated by the secondary operatorseparate and distinct from the cellular network.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory, machine-readable media for zero-touch interworking of network control with data platform and analytics in virtualized deployment are disclosed. Responsive to a network service request for service location identifiers, data from data sources may be processed, and indicia of data characteristics may be analyzed to create or develop a data model. Configuration specifications may be created to instantiate a network slice and network services as a function of the data characteristics, conforming to quality of service parameters and service location identifiers. A log mapped to the request may be created and included in a template specifying a data observability framework and resources for the network slice and network services. The slice and services may be instantiated with the configuration specifications, with data services provided to user equipment of the external entity, and with the cellular network consequently providing data services to user equipment.

    Abstract: Various arrangements for expediting sensor reporting in a wireless hybrid time division multiple access (TDMA) shared-medium network are presented. A TDMA channel allocation process for the wireless hybrid TDMA shared-medium network may be performed such that each sensor device of a plurality of sensor devices is assigned a different timeslot. Within each timeslot of the plurality of timeslots, a grant-free transmission window may be reserved. Any sensor device may be permitted to transmit data during any grant-free transmission window. In response to the sensor device determining the sensor data is to be transmitted, the sensor device may transmit a message indicative of the sensor data during a grant-free transmission window of a timeslot assigned to a different sensor device.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for communication link adaptation and communication networks involving ground-based user equipment and non-terrestrial stations. A communication is received indicating signal quality of a first signal transmitted during a first transmission period and a plurality of fading losses associated with the first signal are obtained. A first fading loss and a second fading loss associated with the first signal are estimated for a future time, the first fading loss based on application of a first filter, and the second fading loss based on differences determined between the first fading loss and the plurality of fading losses. A signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio is calculated and includes at least one of the first fading loss and the second fading loss. A non-terrestrial station transmits, for a second time period, a second signal having settings determined based on the signal-to-interference-plus-noise-ratio.
