Abstract: A dielectric resonator system (100) having a dielectric element (102) and an attachment assembly (108) both housed within a casing. The attachment assembly (108) is electrically insulating. The attachment assembly (108) couples the dielectric element (102) to the casing. The dielectric element is internally threaded (133). The attachment assembly (108) includes an electrically insulating support structure (110) coupled to the casing by a nut (112) and bolt (114), both of which may also be electrically insulating. The support structure (110) is externally threaded (128) and is nondestructively removably coupled to the threaded dielectric element (102).
