Abstract:
본 발명은 달걀의 중량을 측정하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은 달걀을 적어도 200nm 파장을 갖는 전자기 방사선에 노출시켜, 상기 달걀을 조사(illuminating) 및/또는 검란(candling)하는 단계; 및 상기 조사 및/또는 검란 동안 전달되는 방사선 강도(intensity)의 차이(differences)로부터 얻어지는 이미지를 기록 및 처리하여, 이미지 데이터 및/또는 그 파생물(derivative)을 획득하는 단계를 포함하고, 또한 상기 방법은 적어도 제2 형태의 검사를 더 포함하여, 상기 이미지 데이터 및/또는 그 파생물과 조합하여 상기 달걀의 중량을 측정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 제안된 제2 형태의 검사는 진동 분석을 이용하는 검사 또는 특수한 형태의 이미지 처리 및 이미지 분석을 이용하는 검사가 바람직하다. 더 나아가, 본 발명은 전술한 검사 방법에 적합한 기기 및 이러한 기기가 사용되는 장치(예, 선별 기계)와 관련된다.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading and unloading device having containers having a stacked package of egg trays and the like, consisting of a number of shelves on which one of the containers is arranged, in order, on the other of the containers. SOLUTION: A loading and unloading device for a container having a stacked package, of egg trays and the like, comprises a collection table 4; a slide means 14 to slide a stacking body of packaging goods over a container shelf; and a moving means to transfer the stacking body of the packaging goods between the collection table 4 and one end of a different conveyor. The collection table 4 is provided with an endless collection table conveyor 11 and the moving means comprises endless conveyor constituting bodies 7, 8, and 9.

PURPOSE: To minimize the opportunities of damaging products by reducing the number of the transferring times of the products such as eggs, fruits or vegetables, and to reliably and simultaneously carry a plurality of products by a simple carrying mechanism. CONSTITUTION: A transfer apparatus 5 designed to transfer products P supplied by a supply conveyor 1 into the product carrier 4 of discharge conveyor 3 comprises a plurality of transfer-conveying means 6 with transfer-product carriers 7, arranged in line with the longitudinal and parallel rows, to enable the transfer apparatus 5 to move in a vertical plane extended in parallel in the longitudinal direction of at least the conveyor 3. In addition, the apparatus 5 is provided with a transfer element 8 designed to pass the carriers 7 in vertical direction and, upon vertical upward movement, to lift the products P from the carriers 7 to place these products P into the carrier 4 of the conveyor 3.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus to detect the arrangement direction to arrange eggs. SOLUTION: In the apparatus for turning eggs E in the predetermined direction while the eggs are carried by a roller conveyor 11, a detection device 1 picks up the image of the egg, and compares the image signal with the signal related to the predetermined position to judge the direction of the egg, and controls the apparatus for turning the egg. The detection device comprises a light source 2 to illuminate the egg on the roller, and an image pick-up surface having a surface parallel to the axis of the roller conveyor and extending at least over the axis of the egg, and forms substantially the image of the shadow of the egg. The image pick-up surface is preferably divided into two portions at the center of each roller.

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for receiving or transferring, vertically transporting and delivering articles such as eggs capable of operating at a high speed by improving transfer and release of the articles. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus is composed of a feed conveyor 2 for presenting successive articles 5 in an oriented position, and an endless, continuously movable and substantially vertically arranged carrier conveyor 9 for receiving the articles successively presented by the feed conveyor 2. The apparatus comprises means for retaining and supporting the articles 5 during the vertical transport. These means are composed of a fixed guideway 11, which extends in the direction of transport and supports the articles on one side, and a support member 10 pivotally mounted on the carrier conveyor 9. The support member presses the articles 5 against the guideway 11 so as to support them.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus in which a pick-up member is moved away from a stack at a stacking location after placing a packaging unit.SOLUTION: A pick-up system has two pick-up members 13a and 13b on both sides, picks up the packaging units successively one by one on corresponding both sides thereof and conveys the packaging unit to a carrier. The carrier as the stacking location carries the substantially vertical stack. The apparatus includes a rotation device for rotating the carrier with the packaging units placed thereon through a quarter turn, a conveyor for placing the stack on a discharge conveyor, and the discharge conveyor for discharging the stack after placement of the last packaging unit of the stack. Each of the pick-up members is driven, whereby, from at least a predetermined height of the stack formed, and after placing the packaging unit, the pick-up member is moved away from the stack at the stacking location.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device to turn the pointed ends of the whole eggs to one side of a second conveyor by transferring the eggs to the second conveyor from a first roller conveyor, and performing work to turn the eggs in the specific direction at transfer time. SOLUTION: A roller 3 of a first roller conveyor is substantially formed in a fourglass shape, and the roller is provided with a roller central part being substantially cylindrical shaped, and a device is provided with a preliminary orienting means 4 to carry eggs on the first roller conveyor 1 to a position A to previously turn them in the specific direction. This device is also provided with a transfer conveyor 5 having a gripper 6 formed so as to grab up the eggs from the position A to previously turn them in the specific direction, and the gripper 6 can carry the eggs to an aligned position C, and can transfer the eggs to a second conveyor 2 from the aligned position C.
