Abstract: A bite indicator device comprises an arm 1 pivotally attached at one end to a fishing rod 26 while the other end is fitted with an eye/ring 23 to engage the fishing line 21. The arm is releasably secured to the rod by an adjustable clip A. In use the device lifts indicating a bite and the free end of the bar is magnetically secured to a securing clip B. This holds the arm away from the line giving the angler freedom to use the rod without having to remove the indicator. The arm is fitted with an moveable weight which is used to adjust the sensitivity of the device, and may be fitted with a light to enhance visibility at night.

Abstract: A personal audio set formed that includes an ear-clip mounting portion (14) pivotally secured to a frame (16) is disclosed. In one embodiment, the frame of the personal audio set included a sliding portion to define a first axis of rotation, and the ear hook (12) is pivotally secured to the sliding portion to define a second axis of rotation so that the headset may be properly worn on either the wearer's left or right ear by moving the sliding portion and ear hook about their respective axes. The ear hook is preferably substantially c-shaped and dual molded.

Abstract: A light weight and comfortable ear mount for a personal audio-set (10) is disclosed. The ear mount conforms with the anti-helix (90) of a wearer's ear thereby operating substantially as a compression spring (12) between the wearer's anti-helix (90) and tragus (96) to operably secure the personal audio-set in place. In a preferred embodiment, the ear mount is substantially kidney-shaped and includes an opening (35) to prevent the total occlusion of the ear canal by the personal audio-set. Alternatively, the ear mount includes a loop of material sized to operably engage the anti-helix of the wearer's ear. The ear mount is preferably reversible to allow it to be placed in either wear's left or right ear.
