Disclosed therein is a heat pump system for a vehicle, which can use an evaporator of an air-conditioning case for common use in an air-conditioning mode and in a heat pump mode for cooling and heating so as to reduce weight and manufacturing costs because the heat pump system can be applied without any change in structure of the air-conditioning case, and which can be operated even at low temperature without any influence of outdoor temperature because the heat pump system uses waste heat of an engine so as to enhance fuel efficiency and increase heating performance and efficiency.

A smell generation time predicting device is used for a vehicle air conditioner which includes an evaporator (30) installed in an internal path (12) of an air conditioner case (10) and configured to, when the air conditioner is turned on, cool an air blown into a vehicle room. The device includes first and second temperature detectors (50 and 52) and a control unit (70). The first and second temperature detectors (50 and 52) are installed at a downstream side of the evaporator (30) in a mutually spaced-apart relationship. The control unit (70) is configured to, when the air conditioner is turned off, predict a smell generation time in the evaporator (30) depending on a temperature difference between the air temperatures detected by the first and second temperature detectors (50 and 52).

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crimp fitting including an inversion-type jaw.SOLUTION: A crimp fitting for a hose member includes a nipple, and a socket coupled with the nipple. The nipple has an outer surface, and the outer surface includes a plurality of axially-extended inversion angle-type first jaws, and a plurality of axially-extended forward angle-type second jaws, which are alternately formed at an upper portion. To improve tight connection of the nipple and the hose member, the first jaws are configured to be connected to an inner surface of the hose member, and to prevent separation of the nipple from the hose member, the second jaws are configured to be connected to the inner surface of the hose member.
