Abstract:
A faux key tool and light device has a head assembly and a faux key blade assembly. The head assembly has a head housing with a battery compartment, a lens opening and an actuating button opening. The faux key blade assembly has a pair of flat, opposing spaced walls having opposing edges with faux key teeth, and a knife blade pivotally mounted between the spaced walls.
Abstract:
A miniature swivel tool assembly having opposing, spaced top and bottom covers, a top housing over one of the covers, and a first pivot pin extending through the exterior of the bottom cover for receiving a bottle opener which swivels about the first pivot pin. A pair of pivot pins extends between the top and bottom covers for each receiving a set of tools which swivel about the respective pivot pins. A flashlight is at one end of the swivel tool assembly, and an actuating switch is located on the top housing.
Abstract:
A multi-tool with solar-powered light is composed of a housing having a body portion and an opposing cover portion which have a peripheral configuration with a convex knife blade-holding side and an opposing convex tool holding side. One end of the housing has at least one light-emitting orifice for a source of illumination inside the housing and an opposing end with a fast-disconnect keyring assembly. The body portion has a face plate with an exposed solar panel and the cover portion has an actuating button.
Abstract:
An ergonomic auto emergency tool for alternatively functioning as a flashlight, a seat belt cutter and a motor vehicle window glass breaker. The auto emergency tool includes a main portion and a projecting portion extending from a joining portion and being integral with the main portion, and defining a seat belt-receiving notch therebetween. A knife blade extends across the notch proximate the joining portion. An inner main portion-facing upper surface of the projecting portion has a gentle curve for facilitating the movement of the tool towards and through a seat belt, and the bottom outer surface of the projecting portion is curved for both easy handling and for enabling a firm grip when the tool is used to break window glass. The window-breaking mechanism includes a depressible plunger cover for releasing a spring-loaded impact member.
Abstract:
A rod or wire having discontinuous cross sections and implements made from such rod or wire are disclosed. The perimeters of the cross section of the rod or wire are not circumferences nor rectangles nor squares, and have either at least two curves going in different directions, curves and straight lines, or straight lines going in different directions - but in the latter case not being regular polygons.
Abstract:
A multi-layer adhering label comprising a removable retail label having a first adhesive on its back side and a consumer label having a front surface capable of being written on with a writing instrument and an area for writing with the writing instrument and having a second adhesive on its back side. The back of the retail label is adhered to, and removable from, the front of the consumer label. The retail label covers at least a portion of the consumer label, carries the consumer label, and is removable from the consumer label. The area for writing of the front of the consumer label side can be written on with permanent marker (e.g., SHARPIE brand) and permanent marker writing can be removed from the front of the consumer label with a solvent.
Abstract:
Bin and shelf mounting systems including at least one mounting bracket and a bin or shelf and methods of installing said bins or shelves to a wall. The at least one mounting bracket configured with a truncated wedge shape and beveled side edges. The bin and shelf include at least one recess on a rear wall thereof. The at least one recess includes (i) a downward-facing cavity at a top portion of the recess, (ii) side edges that are beveled, and (iii) a truncated wedge shape complimentary to the at least one mounting bracket. The recess is configured to engage the at least one mounting bracket. A multi-hook system including a mounting bracket and a plurality of face plates.

Abstract:
FIG. 1 is a front/right/top perspective view of an organizer (a front/left/top perspective view would be a mirror image thereof); FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof; FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof (a left side elevational view would be a mirror image thereof); and FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and, FIG. 5 is a rear/left/top perspective view thereof in an optional expanded configuration. The dash-dash broken lines in the drawings represent portions of the organizer that form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dot broken lines define unclaimed boundaries of the claimed design.

FIG. 1 is a front/left/top perspective view of a pump (a front/right/top perspective view would be a mirror image thereof); FIG. 2 is a rear/left/top perspective view thereof (a rear/right/top perspective view being a mirror image thereof); FIG. 3 is a rear/right/bottom perspective view thereof (a rear/left/bottom perspective view being a mirror image thereof); FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof; FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof; and, FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof. The dash-dot broken lines and the uniformly broken lines adjacent contour lines show the bounds of the invention and form no part of the claimed design. The other uniformly broken lines show portions of the pump that form no part of the claimed design. The circular shade lines in the transparent region show shape and form of the pump.
