Abstract:
A method for the scanning of radiation source distribution, e.g. protein distribution in a medium (1), e.g. a 2-D electrophoresis gel which is placed in contact with a phosphor-containing plate (2), is executed by scanning with punctiform laser light (3) from a laser (5). The blue light (16) thus generated is scanned with a photomultiplier tube (4), after which the scanned data is used for electronic image processing. The scanning of the same medium and the same plate can be repeated. The application also relates to an apparatus for the execution of the method.

An apparatus for automatic scanning of a fingerprint by optical scanning of the fingerprint side (2) of a finger (1) comprises a scanning surface (3) with a measuring means (5) for the rate of movement of the finger in relation to the scanning surface, and with a scanning area (4), a lighting means (6), an optical system (7, 8) and an electrical/optical scanning means (9) giving an electrical signal (A) as a function of the fingerprint when the finger is moved in contact with the scanning surface (3) in the direction of the arrow. The scanning is untertaken by line scanning along the scanning line (4) in that the scanning line is imaged onto the active part of the sanning means (9). The active part consists for example of a number of substantially punctiform photodiodes (10) which are coupled in the electrical circuit and receives control signals (B) so that the photodiodes are scanned successively.

Un appareil d'analyse automatique d'une empreinte digitale par analyse optique du côté (2) du doigt (1) qui présente l'empreinte digitale comprend une surface d'analyse (3) pourvue d'un dispositif de mesure (5) de la vitesse de déplacement du doigt par rapport à la surface d'analyse. Une zone d'analyse (4), un dispositif d'éclairage (6), un système optique (7, 8) et un dispositif d'analyse électrique/optique (9) fournissent un signal électrique (A) en fonction de l'empreinte digitale lorsque le doigt se déplace en contact avec la surface d'analyse (3) dans le sens indiqué par la flèche. Le balayage est effectué ligne par ligne le long de la ligne d'analyse (4), en ce sens qu'une image de la ligne d'analyse est formée sur la partie active du dispositif d'analyse (9). La partie active se compose par example d'un certain nombre de photodiodes ponctuelles (10) couplées au circuit électrique et reçoit des signaux de commande (B) de sorte que les photodiodes soient successivement analysées.
