Provided herein are cell and protein therapeutics that comprise a Proteinase 3 (PR3) antibody binding domain, such as a wild type PR3 protein or mutant PR3 protein, and methods of use thereof. Also provided herein are chimeric autoantibody receptors (CAARs) comprising an extracellular PR3 antibody binding domain. Among the provided CAARs are those in which the extracellular PR3 antibody binding domain ia a wild type or mutated PR3 protein or fragment thereof that are able to be specifically bound by an anti-PR3 antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA). Also provided herein are polynucleotides that encode the provided CAARs, genetically engineered cells such as T cells containing the provided CAARs, and to related methods and uses thereof in adoptive cell therapy.

In other embodiments of the invention, methods are provided for reducing undesirable paracellular transport in enteric tissues, in particular the paracellular transport of molecules greater than about 500 mw, e.g. peptides, including without limitation immunogenic gluten peptides.

A plurality of tooth cleaning elements may extend from a front surface of the head, which is formed by a plurality of spaced-apart segments formed of a rigid material, wherein the plurality of segments include a cruciform segment integrally formed with and extending from a distal end of the handle, a first pair of segments located on opposite sides of a longitudinal portion of the cruciform segment, and a second pair of segments located on opposite sides of the longitudinal portion of the cruciform segment, the first pair of segments located on an opposite side of a transverse portion of the cruciform segment from the second pair of segments. The present invention discloses a method for acquiring information of a home NodeB, a method for balancing load, and implementation apparatuses thereof, which are used to solve the problem how to guide a UE to move to an appropriate home NodeB when a macro cell performs load balancing. In the present invention, information of a target NodeB is acquired actively through a macro NodeB, and according to an access type of the target NodeB, subscribers of the macro NodeB are timely balanced to the home NodeB which can provide services, thereby reducing a call drop rate resulted from blind handover. Since measurement information of the UE is fully considered, success rate of balancing handover is enhanced, and the object of performing effective load balancing in a home NodeB environment is achieved.

The disclosure provides a method and a system for implementing a direct interface between access network nodes. The method includes: establishing, by an access network node, a direct interface with a proxy node (300); exchanging, by the access network node, information with an access network node managed by the proxy node through the established direct interface (301). By establishing a direct interface between access network nodes and performing a direct interface flow through a proxy node, the disclosure simplifies the establishment and maintenance of the direct interface on the premise that the handover speed is increased and the signaling load of a core network is decreased, thereby reducing the complexity of the establishment and maintenance of the direct interface.
