Abstract: An in-mould coating method and a coating device for the same, wherein the inserts in the mould of the coating device are made of transparent material and are each coated with reflective material. In each insert are installed light generators, light sensors, cameras, etc. The coating method comprises the steps of: closing the mould after placing a semi-finished product formed by injection molding or other processes in the mould; injecting liquid lacquer or other liquid coating material, and using the cameras to monitor filling; and after finishing filling, starting the light generators and utilizing the light sensors to monitor the amount of light irradiated on the injected liquid lacquer or other liquid coating materials in such a manner that the injected liquid lacquer or other liquid coating materials is hardened to form a coating film on the surface of the semi-finished product.

Dans chaque insert sont installés des générateurs de lumière (3a, 3b), des détecteurs de lumière (5), des caméras (4), etc. Le procédé de revêtement comprend les étapes consistant à : fermer le moule après avoir placé un produit semi-fini (8) formé par moulage par injection ou autres procédés dans le moule ; injecter une laque liquide ou autres matières de revêtement liquides, et utiliser les caméras (4) pour surveiller le remplissage ; et après avoir terminé le remplissage, faire démarrer les générateurs de lumière (3a, 3b) et utiliser les détecteurs de lumière (5) pour surveiller la quantité de lumière irradiée sur la laque liquide injectée ou autres matières de revêtement liquides, d'une manière telle que la laque liquide injectée ou les autres matières de revêtement liquides sont durcies pour former un film de revêtement (2) sur la surface du produit semi-fini (8).

Abstract: An in-mould coating method and a coating device for the same are disclosed. A semi-finished product is placed on a moving insert 15 of a mould, which also includes a transparent fixed insert 1 having light generators, cameras 4 and sensors 5. A liquid lacquer or other liquid coating is injected into a clearance between the fixed insert 1 and the semi-finished product, the filling state of the coating is monitored using the cameras 4, the light generators are started, after the completion of filling of the coating, and the light sensors 5 are used to monitor the amount of light irradiated on the coating so that a chemical hardening is caused to form a coating on the semi-finished product to form a finished product. The transparent material of the insert 1 may be quartz, glass or crystal. The moving inserts 15 may, too, be transparent and of the same material. The insert 1 is coated with a reflective layer on an outer surface thereof as may the moving insert 1a. The generators, light sensors, camera are also installed in the moving insert 1a. The mould also includes fixed and moving plates 10, 14, insert-fixing plates 9a, 9b, fixed and moving retainers 12, 20, spacer blocks 16, 19, upper and lower ejector plates 17, 18. A bolster 6 is attached to a bottom of the fixed insert 1 for fixing the fixed insert 1 and the cameras and the light sensors.
