Abstract: This invention relates to a wire rod dividing method in wire rod mill which method is used for producing a plurality of wire coils from one slab by dividing the wire rod produced by wire rod mill on a rolling line. This equipment includes flying shears (4) for cutting the wire rod (3), disposed between rolling mill lines (2, 5) consisting of a plurality of rolling mills (ST7 SIMILAR ST11) and after the wire rod (3) is cut by the flying shears (4), the rolling speed by the rolling mill (ST8) upstream the cutting position of the wire rod (3) or by the rolling mill (ST9) on the downstream side is controlled in order to provide a relative speed difference between the leading wire rod (3a) downstream the cutting position and the trailing wire rod (3b) upstream the cutting position. A suitable gap is secured between the leading and trailing wires (3a) and (3b), and the cut wire coils are separated reliably from one another even when the finish rolling line is used on the downstream side.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate the bodily development degree and the mental development degree of an infant and the properness of a child care environment. SOLUTION: In this electronic child care support system, since an evaluation part 1C and an evaluation part 2C respectively calculate the bodily development degree, the mental developmental degree and the properness of the child care environment in numerical forms of total scores based on statuses of replies to questions regarding the bodily development degree, the mental development degree and the properness of the child care environment stored in correspondence to prescribed age of the infant in a computer 1, or a data storing part 1A or a data storing part 2A of a computer 2 and evaluation scores precedently provided per each question to appropriate a status of a reply, evaluation to be the foundation of child care guidance is highly objective quantitative evaluation and a difference in child care guidance contents can be avoided.
