Abstract:
Portable interface device (100) has an external housing, a USB interface (110) on one end of the housing, a mobile phone interface (130) on the other end of the housing, a memory card interface (120), in the form of a slit, in the outer surface of the housing and a main body (140) that is protected by the outer housing and is designed to communicate with a computer, mobile phone and memory card (200).
Abstract:
An ethylene-based polymer composition includes units derived from ethylene, units derived from a comonomer, and an optionally units derived from a termonomer. The comonomer is a monocyclic organosiloxane (MOCOS) of formula (I) [R 1, R 2SiO 2/2] n wherein n is an integer greater than or equal to 3, each R 1 is independently a (C 2-C 4) alkenyl or a H 2C=C (R 1a) -C (=O) -O- (CH 2) m- wherein R 1a is H or methyl, m is an integer from 1 to 4, and each R 2 is independently H, (C 1-C 4) alkyl, phenyl, or R 1.

Abstract:
A novel microorganism capable of producing organic acids, Mannheimia sp. 55E, and a process for producing organic acid through anaerobic and aerobic incubation using the novel microorganism are provided. The method of producing an organic acid using the microorganism involves incubating Mannheimia sp. 55E with Accession Number KCTC 0769BP in a medium under anaerobic or aerobic conditions and obtaining an organic acid from the medium. Mannheimia sp. 55E produces succinic acid, lactic acid, and formic acid under anaerobic conditions saturated with CO2, and succinic acid, lactic acid, acetic acid, and formic acid under aerobic or N2 anaerobic conditions. Mannheimia sp. 55E is a facultative anaerobe tolerant of oxygen. Thus, the use of Mannheimia sp. 55E in producing organic acids can eliminate a problem of process instability, which would occur by the presence of oxygen in a fermentation process of producing organic acids using an obligate anaerobic microorganism.
Abstract:
An apparatus for purifying dampening water for an offset-printing press is provided to reduce maintenance costs by installing an elevating unit which enables circular replacement of a plurality of first filter cases. An apparatus for purifying dampening water for an offset-printing press includes a body(1), a first purifying unit(2), a second purifying unit(3), an elevating unit(4), and a transmitting unit(5). The box type body has an inner space which is able to install component devices for purifying the dampening water in the body. The first purifying unit is installed on one upper part inside of the body and a plurality of first filters are formed with a laminating structure on the first purifying unit to perform the first purification of contaminated dampening water by stages. The second purifying unit is installed on the other upper part of the body to secondarily purify remaining impurities of the dampening water primarily purified through the first purifying unit. The elevating unit enables circular replacement of the first filters of the first purifying unit. The transmitting unit transmits the dampening water primarily purified through the first purifying unit to the second purifying unit for a second purifying process.
